ELIAS: Good morning Mikah!
MIKE: Good morning, Elias! (They both laugh)
Okay, I guess I don’t have too much time here. I guess the first
question that really comes to mind is, what is it that I’m telling myself
that I’m not hearing very well? I’ve been approached about getting
a session many times, and then recently my ears and stuff have been hurting,
and that’s usually indicative to me of something I’m not hearing.
So, I’m hoping you will enlighten me on what it is I’m to be hearing.
ELIAS: (Grinning) And we shall return, once again, to our
ever familiar subject matter! (Mike laughs) I shall offer you, within
this moment, express to me, may you be attempting to be assessing what
you are expressing to yourself that you are not listening to?
MIKE: Actually, no, I can’t! I can’t even begin to surmise.
ELIAS: It is in actuality quite simple! (Laughing)
MIKE: Clue me in here! (Laughing)
ELIAS: Be remembering of what we have been discussing for much
time framework, Mikah. What are you not hearing? Relax, relax,
relax!
MIKE: (Laughing) So I’m telling myself to relax, relax,
relax?
ELIAS: Quite. And you are tense, tense, tense!
MIKE: What am I supposed to be relaxing? If I get any more
relaxed, I’ll fall off the face of the planet! (Laughing)
ELIAS: Ah! Not quite! You may exhibit behavior outwardly
that appears to be relaxed, and I may express to you that inwardly, within
your energy, you are not relaxing at all! There are quite different
expressions of relaxing, and you may view within yourself that although
you may be offering yourself the outward expression at times of attempting
to be relaxing, you also are creating what within you? Spinning,
spinning, spinning!
MIKE: (Laughing) Okay, this is gonna seem like a strange
question to be asking, but I guess from all the spinning, spinning, spinning,
and I guess all the tenseness, I guess I’ve gotten so used to it that I
don’t even realize what it is anymore. What is it that I’m tensing
about? I mean, I’ve lost track of what it is I’m so tense about.
ELIAS: Now; you are beginning to recognize — in this question,
in this inquiry — what we are discussing. This has become so very
automatic to you, within your objective recognition, that you do not even
view what you are creating. And in this, I am acknowledging, for
as you allow yourself to be presenting this question, you also allow yourself
a slight opening to the response.
Let me express to you, Mikah ... and we shall not be rushing! (Mike
laughs) I hold an awareness that you are wishing me to be rushing,
and I shall not be rushing, for this is familiar to you, and this is the
point! (Mike cracks up) You are rushing within yourself. You
are spinning within yourself, and you are holding to your energy so very
tightly.
I am expressing to you that in this, you have allowed yourself a creation
within your focus of concerning yourself with so very many elements outside
of yourself that you confuse them with inside of yourself, and you do not
even allow yourself to view what “inside of yourself” IS any longer.
Objectively, you have moved so automatically in the viewing of outside
that you are not viewing inside, and you fool yourself into the thought
process — which you are so very efficient with! (Mike laughs) — in thinking
that you are focusing upon self and that you are assimilating information
and that you are applying this information to self. For you may interact
with other individuals and you may offer information to them, and as you
offer information to them, you may be presenting yourself — in surprise
— with your enlightened words, (Mike laughs) and you may allow yourself
to view the response of the other individuals as they are listening to
you, and they are also reinforcing of your assessment, for they shall respond
to you in expressions of acknowledgment and recognition that the expressions
you offer to them are helpful and enlightening to them also, but they are
not enlightening to you! (Mike laughs)
For they are assessments within your thoughts. They are concepts
that you allow yourself to intellectually understand. They are expressions
that you may offer to other individuals. But it is information that
you do not allow yourself to be assimilating within self and turning TO
self.
I shall express to you, Mikah, I have offered an analogy recently, which
I shall offer to you also.
In this, what you are experiencing is the movement in jumping from one
car upon the outer rim of the Ferris wheel to another car, and each jump
places you in another position upon the outer rim, and what I continue
to express to you is to be moving to the center of the wheel. As
you continue to be upon the outer rim of this Ferris wheel, you allow yourself
to view all of your scenery, all of your universe, all of the interaction
of all other individuals, for you hold a clear view of all that is occurring
around you, and you allow yourself to be viewing the particular car that
you occupy within any particular moment.
Each car upon the outer rim of this Ferris wheel may be representative
of a particular belief or an action or a situation or an issue, but the
one element that you may not view clearly from this position is the center
of the wheel. For regardless of how you move yourself upon the outer
rim of this wheel or how you lean outside of the car, you may not view
the hub of the wheel clearly, for it is held in recess of the wheel, and
therefore, as it is positioned inwardly upon this wheel, it is not clearly
visible from the outside.
In this, what I am expressing to you is, the movement that you are creating
has become automatic to you, and as you are occupying the wheel — which
is you — you view yourself to be paying attention to you in these automatic
movements, and you do not recognize the tension any longer that you are
holding, and you do not recognize how you are not relaxing. But how
may you be relaxing as you are jumping from one car to another on this
outer rim, and attempting to be balancing within the movement of this Ferris
wheel, and viewing all that is outside of this Ferris wheel simultaneously?
And the one element, once again, that is not viewed is the center, and
as you allow yourself to be climbing out of these outer cars and moving
yourself down the beams into the center, you may view all of your universe.
You may view all of the interactions of all other individuals. You
may view all of the cars of the Ferris wheel upon the outer rim, and you
may also view the center, and within the center, you need not be jumping.
You may relax, and you may allow yourself to merely move WITH the wheel.
MIKE: Well, how do I go about getting to the center without jumping
around still?
ELIAS: By turning your attention slightly, by not concerning yourself
so very intensely with all that is occurring outside of you, and by turning
your perception to be viewing YOU — your directions, your choices, your
desires, your movement, and what motivates your choices. We have
engaged this discussion previously, but you have not been listening.
MIKE: Okay, so wouldn’t like viewing my direction and choices
and desires and movement and whatsuch, wouldn’t that also be influenced
by what’s going on outside around me? I mean, how do I look at my
direction and choices if I’m not looking outside of myself?
ELIAS: This is the point. Outside of yourself does not create
your reality. It is the reverse. YOU create your reality and
are affecting outside of you, not the other way round. (Pause)
MIKE: Okay. Well....
ELIAS: The very question is your example of how you hold your
attention and how you view your reality and the direction that you are
moving in.
In your expression of your question — how may I be moving in my attention
to self without the influence of outside? — this is, in your very questioning,
your indication to you that your attention is held outside of you, and
as it continues to be held outside of you, you continue to hold to your
energy in tension, and as you continue in this tension, you also continue
to be creating frustration.
MIKE: Okay. Alright.
I’ve been creating much of a time frame — which is like my next question
— of not having something, or like a ... I don’t like the word “job,” but
even so, with a job, because you could have a job and enjoy it. But
I’ve had a lack of creating of any sort of situation where I’m in a state
of enjoying myself, so that leaves me with a lot of time to be within my
thought process, so in all that time in my thought process, because it
is so familiar, I go into looking around and outside myself and stuff.
What ... where ... I don’t want to use the term “should” ‘cause there
is no “should,” but where could my attention or thought process be going
rather than where it is going? And I know you say me, view me, but
where me?
ELIAS: (Chuckling) Where you? You, where you are NOW
— not where you should be, not where you may be, not where you strive to
be, not futurely, but NOW. (Pause)
MIKE: Okay.
ELIAS: And in the now, with the acceptance of self IN the now
— not with the thought process that, “Very well, this is acceptable within
this now for now, but I shall be expressing better futurely.”
MIKE: Okay, alright. (Sighing)
ELIAS: I hold the awareness that this also is quite familiar to
you, in moments that you shall allow yourself, in exasperation and frustration,
to be offering a heaving sigh and expressing to yourself, “Very well, very
well. I am accepting of myself now, temporarily, for now, and I shall
be accepting and trusting that I SHALL be — not AM — that I SHALL be creating
what I want eventually.” (Pause)
MIKE: Okay.
ELIAS: And in this, what are you experiencing? Express to
me your genuine recognition that you are not experiencing tension or holding
to your energy in that expression. You cannot.
MIKE: Yeah.
ELIAS: Now allow yourself to view how you are holding to your
energy, for even within your exasperation and your frustration and what
you view objectively to be your momentary giving up, so to speak, you are
not giving up. You are not allowing yourself an expression of relaxing
and accepting within your energy. You are merely expressing a temporary
break, so to speak, in your continuous jumping and your thought process,
and even this — in the frustration, there is an element of anger, for you
continue to hold your attention futurely. (Pause)
MIKE: Hmm.
ELIAS: You are not accomplishing well enough now, but you shall
eventually. You are not creating what you want now, but you shall
eventually. I shall express to you that you may continue in this
type of creation in the now for an extensive time framework if you are
so choosing, for you merely are creating the same outcome, over and over
and over, (pause) discounting the now and projecting into the future, which
does not exist!
MIKE: Okay, alright. I guess it’s a lot to think about.
I have another question for you. I’m not quite sure how to phrase
it. I’m not even sure if my impressions are correct or how off they
are or what, but since like as long as I can remember, I’ve always believed
that ... not that people have a purpose or that people have an absolute
in terms of what they are going to do as far as occupying their time framework
— jobs, hobbies, whatever — but I’ve always believed that people come or
choose to be manifest for a certain type of action, which would be interpreted
as being a doctor or an artist or whatever, but it’s however they choose
to implement it, through their probabilities or whatever, that makes the
difference. But I’ve always believed that they come, they manifest
with something in mind.
I was wondering ... because so far, everything that I always used to
question has been pretty much accurate, and I was questioning this the
other day, and I was wondering, what ... there is something that I’m not
“supposed” to be doing, but something that I could be doing that I can
be like happy doing, and I know I’ve been trying to tell myself and I know
I’ve been trying to show myself, and I’m just not listening, and I’m hoping
that you will, if not tell me, if you will at least point me in the direction.
ELIAS: I AM pointing you in the direction! (Mike sighs)
I have been pointing you in the direction, and I shall express to you
that I shall continue to point you in the direction, to the point and the
moment that you hear what I am expressing to you. I have been in
this day pointing you in the direction.
You are correct. You DO hold a direction. I may express
to you that what you have offered in explanation is an interpretation in
physical terms, but I may also express to you that in a manner of speaking,
it is accurate, for this is the expression of your intent.
You are correct that as you choose to be manifesting in this physical
dimension, you are entering the focus with a pool of probabilities and
a potentiality, so to speak, which is the direction of your intent, and
in this, you are not predestined, and you hold the choice to be manifesting
that intent in whichever direction you are so choosing. You may even
be choosing to alter your intent, although generally, the individual focus
does not, but it is possible.
In this, you allow yourself to be manifesting and actualizing, in objective
physical terms, these intents as you allow your flow of energy freely.
But I may also express to you, any individual may be creating obstacles
within their intent as they choose not to be listening to self.
I shall express to you, Mikah, I do hold an understanding of the difficulty
in listening to self, as you are encountering tremendous volume of static
that you are listening to outside of self. It may be quite difficult
to be listening to that small voice as the volume of the outside chatter
becomes quite intense, and this is the reason that I continue to express
to you to be focusing your attention to YOU — to your desires, to your
movement, to your choices.
Let me express to you an exercise that you
may practice, as you are so very efficient at thoughts! (Mike laughs)
Within your thoughts, allow yourself to play a game. In each moment
of interaction, with yourself and even with other individuals, in any direction
that you move into to be creating of ANY choice ... which you offer yourself
many, many, many, many choices throughout each of your physical days.
Within each choice, allow yourself to put to work your thoughts, and
in this, stop and allow yourself the questioning, “What shall my choice
be were it to be not involving and not affecting of any other individual
upon this planet?” (Pause)
MIKE: Okay ... if my choice were not affecting any other individual?
ELIAS: Correct.
MIKE: Okay.
ELIAS: Allow yourself to play this game and engage this exercise,
and in this, allow yourself to create or actualize the choices that you
express to yourself in that scenario. THIS is allowing yourself to
practice hearing that small voice within you.
This may be difficult initially, and as you present yourself with more
scenarios that you view as larger and larger in your assessment, you shall
view that this exercise shall become more difficult, for you are very familiar
with creating your choices in conjunction with other individuals and how
they shall be affected, in your perception, or how they shall be influenced
or how they shall influence you.
Therefore, temporarily allow yourself to participate in this exercise.
In each choice, in every choice, express to yourself that you are the only
individual upon your planet. No other individual exists, so to speak,
and therefore, your choice is not affecting of any other individual, and
there are no other individuals to be affecting of your choice.
MIKE: Alright. Okay, I have three or four quick questions.
One of them is, for my trip to Australia, will the location be Sydney?
ELIAS: This is a choice.
MIKE: Aghhhh!! (Laughing)
ELIAS: This is not a predestined destination, Mikah.
MIKE: Okay, alright. These are for my mom. One, she
wants to know if her famous singing focus is Sophie Tucker. (Pause)
ELIAS: No, but I may express to Candace that she interacts with
this individual.
MIKE: Her famous singing focus interacts with Sophie?
ELIAS: No. She, as a focus in conjunction with that individual,
interacts with that individual.
MIKE: (Laughing) Okay, so my mom interacts with ... okay,
I’m not understanding.
ELIAS: As another focus of essence.
MIKE: So you mean like on a subjective level, you’re talking?
ELIAS: No. Another focus of the essence of Candace interacts
with this individual.
MIKE: Okay, alright. I got you! (They both laugh)
Alright. Let me see. How many focuses does Candace share with
Rudim? (Pause)
ELIAS: Eight.
MIKE: Eight? Okay. Let me see. How many focuses
does my mom have in total? (Pause)
ELIAS: Forty-six.
MIKE: That’s in similar tone?
ELIAS: No.
MIKE: Wow! Only 46? (Elias chuckles) Wow, okay.
ELIAS: What you may term to be, within your belief systems, as
a new soul, so to speak. (Chuckling)
MIKE: Alright. This one I know we really don’t have time
for, but I’ve been waiting to ask it. Anyway....
Shoot, I missed this question. Okay, real quick, before I ask
that other one, I asked you a while ago about what color shares a similar
vibrational quality to my essence’s vibrational quality, and the closest
translation was royal blue. Now, a lot of people have been asking
a similar question, in which you’ve been telling them that that’s the focus’
energy signature of that focus, and I was wondering if what you gave me,
royal blue, is the energy signature of my focus.
ELIAS: Yes.
MIKE: Okay, so then what would it be for my essence in its entirety?
ELIAS: This would be a translation into physical terms, which
is inaccurate. For in the entirety of essence and the vibrational
quality of that which you identify as color, it is a vibrational quality,
not an actual color in physical terms. Are you understanding?
MIKE: Yes. Okay. Alright, now I’ll ask this other
question. Let’s see, where did it go? Oh, here it is.
Can you tell me — I was gonna ask for two of them, but we’re really
out of time, so I guess just one of them — of a focus that you and I share,
either as enemies or as close friends? I just want to hear the whole
story — the names, the time frame, the scenario, anything you’re willing
to give.
ELIAS: Ha ha! No! I shall not!
MIKE: (Laughing) Oh, come on!
ELIAS: You hold the ability to be tapping into this information,
Mikah!
MIKE: Yes! That’s why I’m only asking for one!
ELIAS: Ah! And I shall express to you that you may offer
this information to yourself, and subsequent to your investigation, you
may be presenting this to myself, and I shall validate — or not — to you
the accuracy in which you have allowed yourself to be connecting with that
information, so to speak. (Chuckling)
MIKE: Well, fine then! (Laughing)
ELIAS: Ha ha!
MIKE: Alright, then can you tell me one focus of my own in which
right now, within this present time framework, I can be most easily connecting
with? Like a time frame, or an occupation, just like a key word or
something that I can ... I’ve been feeling a connection to a couple of
focuses, but I know there’s something that’s drawing my attention, and
again, I’m not hearing myself! (Laughing)
ELIAS: I shall express to you, within this particular time framework,
any of your other focuses shall hold difficulty in your allowing of yourself
to be connecting with them, so to speak.
But as to other focuses within other time frameworks, you may be allowing
yourself to be connecting with the focus of essence that you hold in the
physical location of Russia.
MIKE: Okay, which one?
ELIAS: Not the individual that is manifest presently.
MIKE: Okay. The priest, the musician, or the one who is
friends with Caroll?
ELIAS: I shall express to you, you may be allowing yourself to
be connecting with the individual that occupies the role of a musician.
MIKE: Musician, okay. Alright, then I think I’m done, and
I will say thank you very much, and don’t be shy!
ELIAS: Ha ha ha!
MIKE: (Laughing) And I guess that’s it for today.
We will most likely be speaking again.
ELIAS: Very well. Be engaging this exercise!
MIKE: I will.
ELIAS: Very well, and I shall offer energy to you in your movement
with it, for I recognize the difficulty that you are engaging presently,
and I shall offer encouragement to you also.
I express to you, my friend, great affection, and au revoir.
MIKE: Au revoir.
