Allow Yourself to Be More Present with Yourself

Topics:

“Allow Yourself to Be More Present with Yourself”

Wednesday, January 11, 2006 (Private/Phone)

Participants: Mary (Michael) and Christoph (Fiodra)

(Elias’ arrival time is 14 seconds.)

ELIAS: Good afternoon!

CHRISTOPH: Hello, Elias. Here is Christoph. (Elias laughs.) How are you?

ELIAS: As always. And yourself?

CHRISTOPH: I’m well, thank you. I have a first question. This early afternoon, there were crazy sounds in my kitchen. Were you the cause of these sounds?

ELIAS: Partially, and also interacting with your energy, therefore, you also—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —partially were participating. (Laughs)

CHRISTOPH: Okay. (Laughs) Sometimes when strange things happen, I think, “Oh, that’s Elias,” but probably it’s not always you. (Elias laughs.)

Okay, then my first question is about basics of your philosophy. I would like to ask you about my essence color and focus color.

ELIAS: And your impression?

CHRISTOPH: Well, I have mixed impressions. I have the idea of blue or silver, then I tried to see my aura around my hands, and there I saw a red tone—a red between fire red and dark red—so I don’t know what to do.

ELIAS: (Laughs) I may express to you your impression as to your signature color, your essence color—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —of silver is correct.

CHRISTOPH: Is correct? Okay.

ELIAS: Yes. Your focus color is crimson.

CHRISTOPH: Crimson?

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Yes. Okay, thank you. And then, I would like to ask you how many incarnations do I have?

ELIAS: Numbering of focuses in this physical reality, 829.

CHRISTOPH: 829. That’s quite a lot. These are all focuses? All focuses?

ELIAS: Clarify.

CHRISTOPH: I didn’t understand you.

ELIAS: Yes, these are focuses of you.

CHRISTOPH: Okay. And how many focuses do I have now?

ELIAS: In this time framework, five.

CHRISTOPH: Five. Okay. I tried to investigate in these focuses which live now, and I found some names, and I would like to ask you if they are correct. The first one was a young man called Jeremy Hansen, 28 years old and student of physics. Is that correct?

ELIAS: Correct.

CHRISTOPH: Is correct?

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Okay. He’s living at the East Coast of U.S.A.

ELIAS: Correct.

CHRISTOPH: Okay. Then, the next one I have a name is (Inaudible), living in Germany, age 38.

ELIAS: Correct.

CHRISTOPH: Is correct?
ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: What is his profession?

ELIAS: And shall you not investigate?

CHRISTOPH: I have the idea of being a photograph(er).

ELIAS: Partially, yes.

CHRISTOPH: Partially, okay. Then, I have another name; this time a woman, Margot Greening.

ELIAS: Correct.

CHRISTOPH: Is correct? And she’s living in England?

ELIAS: No. Previously, yes.

CHRISTOPH: Yes?

ELIAS: Now, within the location of New Zealand.

CHRISTOPH: I didn’t understand you.

ELIAS: New Zealand.

CHRISTOPH: New Zealand, yes, okay. Then I have another name, only the personal name. It is Fiona.

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: This is also correct?

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Then I have a problem. We have a beauty queen here in Switzerland, which is name is Fiona Hefti. But, it is not this Fiona?

ELIAS: No.

CHRISTOPH: No, it’s another one.

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Okay. Then one, two, three, four. Then the fifth one, I did not find. Can you give me a clue where it is? Is it a woman or a man?

ELIAS: (Laughs) It is you.

CHRISTOPH: Oh, yes. (Both laugh.) Okay, then, all five are together. (Elias laughs.) Then my question is why did I find them out so easily? Are they similar to me or are they different?

ELIAS: They incorporate some similarities, but they also incorporate significant differences. But you have allowed yourself to tap into your energy—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —and in that, you can easily tap into different aspects of yourself, which include different focuses of yourself—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —and as you are focused with your attention for the most part—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —in the present, it is understandable that you would present present focuses to yourself easily.

CHRISTOPH: Yes, okay. Yes. Then, I see all these people; they live all in the Western Hemisphere.

ELIAS: And?

CHRISTOPH: Why that?

ELIAS: That is merely associated with a temporary draw. It is a matter of curiosity.

CHRISTOPH: Yes. Okay. Then, I would like to ask you how many future focuses do I have?

ELIAS: And your impression?

CHRISTOPH: Oh, 386?

ELIAS: 368.

CHRISTOPH: Yes, okay. (Elias laughs.) Yes, that’s quite a lot. Then, I have another question. How many famous focuses do I have?

ELIAS: Presently 12.

CHRISTOPH: Twelve. And that may change?

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: And then I would like to ask you, do I have a Dreamwalker aspect?

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Does it have a name?

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Can I find that name out, or could you tell it to me?

ELIAS: Very well. Rysh. R-Y-S-H.

CHRISTOPH: I did not understand you. Sorry.

ELIAS: R—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —Y-S-H.

CHRISTOPH: And how is the sound of that name?

ELIAS: Rish.

CHRISTOPH: Rish?

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Okay, thank you. Then, I have a question about my focus. Is it emotional, thought, religious, or political?

ELIAS: And your impression?

CHRISTOPH: It’s emotional.

ELIAS: Correct.

CHRISTOPH: Okay. Then I would like to ask you about my intent or intent name. I tried to figure it out, and I think an intent name could be “The Searcher of the Soul.”

ELIAS: I shall accept that.

CHRISTOPH: Yes?

ELIAS: And what would your identification be of your intent?

CHRISTOPH: Not only an intent name, but the general intent?

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: To find and to connect to my inner being. I think that’s my main intent.

ELIAS: And to explore the relationship between that and your outer reality.

CHRISTOPH: Yes, the physical reality. Yes.

ELIAS: Correct.

CHRISTOPH: So that’s the main intent?

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Okay, thank you. Then, I would like to ask you a bit more about our relation. I was drawn to read again the Carlos Castaneda books because of the transcripts of your Sessions, and I found many similarities, and finally, I found out that you have been one of the naguals, nagual Elias.

ELIAS: And?

CHRISTOPH: And my question is did we know each other in that time?

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Was I an apprentice of (Inaudible)?

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Was I mentioned in the books of Carlos Castaneda?

ELIAS: No.

CHRISTOPH: No? Okay. Then, I have the feeling that also Carl Jung had also a focus in that time together with us. Is that correct?

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: And what role did he play in that game?

ELIAS: Also an apprentice and an observer.

CHRISTOPH: An observer of this philosophy?

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Okay. Then, I have another question about our relation in the Oscar Wilde time. So my question is, was I a lover of you in that time?

ELIAS: One. Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Yes. Okay. Then, I have a question about Krishnamurti, my relation to Krishnamurti. I have the impression that I was his little brother.

ELIAS: Observing of that individual—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —and also you incorporate a focus as a friend.

CHRISTOPH: A friend of Krishnamurti?

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: A male or female friend?

ELIAS: Male.

CHRISTOPH: Male. Okay. Okay. Then, I have another question about one of the famous focuses I had. I had the impression that I was Akhenaton, the father of Egypt.

ELIAS: That is also an observing role.

CHRISTOPH: Observing, okay. Then, I have a question about (Inaudible). I think that as we all, he has many hundreds of incarnations in this world, is that correct?

ELIAS: Correct. Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Okay, and I would like to ask you if I know one of these focuses now?

ELIAS: No, but there is a potential.

CHRISTOPH: There is a potential, so I could meet him in the future?

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Okay. Then, I would like you to ask about my relation to (Inaudible), the sheikh of the Sufi group I attended long time. I have somehow the impression that we have a counterpart action. Is that correct?

ELIAS: Yes, you are correct.

CHRISTOPH: Yes, because he tunes in into me and knows much about me, and I also tune in in him.

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Yes. Okay. Then, the Sufi group of the (Inaudible), does it belong to the Gramada family?

ELIAS: It is not an expression that the group—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —belongs to that family, but that the group expresses many qualities of that family.

CHRISTOPH: Because it was said that the color of that group is some kind of golden yellow towards orange, and the tone is a sharp D.

ELIAS: I am understanding, which—

CHRISTOPH: I think that could have been Gramada, because Vold is not yellow, it is...I don’t think.

ELIAS: Correct.

CHRISTOPH: It’s more Gramada.

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Okay. Then, I have a funny problem at the moment with my ears. My ears are itching all the time, and then I do some ointment in it, and then I hear badly. So, I do not understand the communication of that.

ELIAS: And do you incorporate an impression, or what are you noticing in—

CHRISTOPH: It must have to do something with hearing, with hearing too much or with hearing too little, but I don’t understand it.

ELIAS: This is a manifestation that you are generating in association with paying attention to what you are doing.

Now; in these time frameworks—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —it is significant that you pay attention to what you are actually doing, and what your energy is expressing, for the affectingness of the hearing is generating fluctuations in one outer sense—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —to, at times, enhance that, but, at times, to be blocking that one sense, for you may begin to notice that hearing can be, at times, distracting. For if you are allowing your attention to move to sound in certain time frameworks, it can create significant distraction and divert your attention from paying attention to what you are doing.

CHRISTOPH: Yes. It diverts my attention towards the outer world instead of the inner world.

ELIAS: Correct.

CHRISTOPH: And I don’t know how to deal correctly with that.

ELIAS: You may begin—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —in paying attention to what you are actually doing when this manifestation occurs.

CHRISTOPH: (Laughs) Yes, I put some ointment in the ears, and it’s itching very hard.

ELIAS: No, pay attention prior to the ointment. Be paying attention to what you are doing and how the sensation of the ear and the affectingness of the hearing—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —affects what you were doing.

CHRISTOPH: So, you think it is related directly to that, what I am doing at the moment?

ELIAS: Yes.

CHRISTOPH: Yes. Okay.

ELIAS: And the point is to be noticing how those actions distract you from what you were doing or what you were experiencing—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —how they divert your attention.

CHRISTOPH: Okay, that’s a clue. Thank you. Then, I have another problem with my time management, especially in the last month. I forgot several appointments, and I was somehow out of tune; I wasn’t really incarnated, I had the feeling. Can you tell me something about that?

ELIAS: I may express to you, it may be helpful for you to relax, first of all, and also to allow yourself to be more present with yourself. In this, being present with yourself is more than merely paying attention to the now.

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: It is an action of genuinely being aware of your existence and paying attention to what you are doing. I shall express to you an exercise that I have offered to other individuals previously that shall allow you an example of what I am expressing to you.

I shall suggest that you engage the exercise for one day of genuinely being present and paying attention to every action that you incorporate within the day.

CHRISTOPH: Yes. Yes.

ELIAS: Every moment, note within yourself every action that you are doing and every association that you generate—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —with each action, regardless of how mundane or small the action appears.

In this, you shall, in experience, offer yourself an example of genuinely being present and aware of your existence. In this, this shall also be a scenario in which you are aware of your physical presence—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —and your physical body consciousness—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —what it is expressing—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —in each moment, and how your energy fluctuates, how your energy changes in different moments, and how your body consciousness reflects that.

CHRISTOPH: Yes. Okay, I will do that.

ELIAS: This may be informative to you in allowing you to be in the now more effectively—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —for I am aware that I may express to many individuals that it is important to be present in the now.

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: I am also aware that most individuals generate tremendous challenge in accomplishing that, for it is a very unfamiliar action. But if you allow yourself, as an example, the experience of even one day—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —of allowing yourself to be present and aware of every action that you incorporate and how your body consciousness responds—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —to each action and what associations you generate with each action, it offers you an avenue in which you shall more clearly understand the meaning of being in the now—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —and the significance of that.

CHRISTOPH: Yes. I understand. Yes.

ELIAS: I may express to you, many individuals incorporate challenges or difficulty in what you term to be managing time—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —and the reason that they incorporate these challenges is that they are not present, and therefore, they are not manipulating time efficiently.

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: For if you are projecting past or futurely, you are not paying attention to what you are doing now.

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: And, in your terms, that, in a manner of speaking, wastes time—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —for you are not generating what you would term to be a productiveness, for you are not paying attention to what you are doing now, and you are not focused.

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: In not generating being focused, your attention becomes scattered, and you may experience forgetfulness—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS —you may experience confusion, frustration, and you ultimately experience disappointment with yourself for not accomplishing what you want within your day.

CHRISTOPH: Yes, yes, very true.

ELIAS: Whereas, if you are paying attention, you may begin to notice that you incorporate more time than you think.

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: And in that, you may allow yourself the recognition that you incorporate much more freedom if you are paying attention, for that affords you the ability to intentionally manipulate in the manner that you want—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —rather than projecting past or future and continuing in a circle, so to speak, of speculation of what you might do—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —and therefore, not actually accomplishing what you want, for you are engaging your time in speculation or anticipation, which blocks your ability to listen to your imagination, and that is what generates inspiration—

CHRISTOPH: Yes.

ELIAS: —and that is what allows you to offer yourself solutions to difficulties or inspirations to move in new productive directions.

CHRISTOPH: Yes. Okay, thank you very much, Elias.

ELIAS: You are welcome.

CHRISTOPH: I think we have to close now because the half an hour is finished.

ELIAS: Very well. I shall be anticipating our next meeting, and I shall be offering my energy to you, as always, in encouragement, and also at times, in a reminder to be paying attention. (Laughs)

CHRISTOPH: Okay, thank you very much.

ELIAS: You are very welcome, my friend. In great affection and appreciation to you, au revoir.

CHRISTOPH: Au revoir.

(Elias departs after 30 minutes, 32 seconds.)
