Also present (apparently as observers) are Luanne (Inez), Marj (Grady), Ted (Cara), and Marlene.  Joanne is Marj’s daughter and Marlene is Luanne’s daughter.
Elias arrives at 1:15 PM. (Arrival time is 17 seconds)

ELIAS:  Good afternoon!

GROUP:  Good afternoon!

ELIAS:  And we meet again!

MARJ:  Yes we do, and a couple of new ones to go along with!

ELIAS:  (Chuckling)  Very well!  You may proceed.

JOANNE:  Hi, Elias.  I’m Joanne.  First I want to thank you for providing this opportunity for me.  I have a few questions, if that’s okay with you.

ELIAS:  Quite!  You may continue.

JOANNE:  Thank you.  This all started for me quite recently.

I had a dream that stayed with me for a number of years about being in a room with a dirt floor and bright sunlight.  I know I had this dream a few times and it always stayed with me because I knew there were other people there and that we were talking about very exciting, happy things, but I could never remember what it was we talked about or who else was there.  I was wondering if you could give me any information about that.

ELIAS:  Very well.  I shall express to you that this dream imagery that you present to yourself is a bleed-through of another focus of your essence.  Now; the significance of this particular bleed-through is that it correlates to this focus presently and the movement that you are participating within in this shift.

In this other focus that you hold, you occupy this dwelling with other family members.  These are the other individuals which are residing with you in that location.  What you are discussing and engaging in that focus is the anticipation of movement into new and wondrous activities.

Now; within THAT focus, the movement is objective in terms of moving into a different physical location, which provides the individuals participating with new elements within their focus, new opportunities for the expression of their creativity.  They are collectively planning, so to speak, the lines of probabilities that shall create a collective action between them that shall be allowing them a greater expression of their creativity combined, that they may be expressing to their community, so to speak.  In this, they speak in quite physical terms of the development of a type of business, so to speak.

But you allow yourself the bleed-through of this particular focus as imagery and symbology, in a manner of speaking, that correlates to your movement in this focus and the anticipation of allowing yourself an opening of awareness, which shall also move you into a new expression of creativity and shall be altering of the direction of your focus in many areas.

JOANNE:  I told my mom about this dream and she told Ted and Luanne and they talked to C9 about it, and she said that I was going to get a message from stone or a message from the earth that was written in stone.  Shortly after that, I had a dream.  As the dream started out, I was looking at a young man — I’m terrible at judging age — sitting on steps.  He had very dark brown skin, black curly hair, dark brown eyes, and we stood there staring at each other for a few moments.  Then there was a little girl with long brown hair in pigtails, big brown eyes, dark skin, but not as dark.  She had on a pink dress, ponytails, black patent leather shoes, and we looked at each other for a few moments.  Then two lines of people formed and crisscrossed, and where they intersected, they merged and became this stone in the ground that was peach and white with a flower on top, just a few petals, maybe six or eight petals.  I was looking at this and then I woke up, and I was wondering if that was the message that was written in stone, and what it meant.

ELIAS:  I shall also express to you that within your dream imagery, you are creating a type of communication and language for yourself that is quite symbolic.  In this, you have turned images that you recognize objectively into your individual symbology to yourself.  You involve different elements of your philosophy and your thought process into the creation of your dream imagery.

In this, what you have created is a responsiveness to the information that you have been offered.  You have been offered that you would be providing yourself with a message which would be in stone or from stone, which may be interpreted in many different manners, but you have interpreted this message into your dream imagery and therefore have created a stone message within your dream state.  In this, what you are offering yourself is imagery that offers you an explanation objectively of the movement of essence and energy.

Be remembering that I have stated that you create your dream imagery quite symbolically.  In this, it is what you may term to be abstract.  Many individuals create dream imagery that is much less abstract and correlates to their objective reality in much less of a symbolic form, but this is the manner in which you choose to be communicating with yourself.

In this, as you provide yourself with imagery of these different individuals and the lines of individuals and the mergence of the individuals or intersection of them, what you are offering yourself as an example is the movement in energy that is created through essence.

Essence creates in this fashion.  It is continuously within movement.  It creates lines of probabilities — YOU create lines of probabilities — and in this, different elements of essence intersect with each other and this creates an alteration in these lines of probabilities, altering the energy to be reconstructing it into a different element.

Therefore, within your imagery, you image these two lines of individuals, which is the symbolic representation of the many different aspects of essence.  You form them into lines as the symbology of lines of probabilities, and as they intersect or merge, they also are creating of a reconstruction of energy, which within this reconfiguration of energy, it creates an entirely different type of imagery.  Therefore, you present yourself with the creation of the stone with the flower.

Now; the reason that you present yourself with the flower is to be symbolically expressing to yourself the message that within the reconfiguration of energy as you choose to create it, you also are beginning to introduce to yourself new elements that may at times defy logic, and therefore offering yourself the presentment of what appears objectively as impossible, but in actuality is not impossible.  This is the imagery that you have offered to yourself.

JOANNE:  C9 had mentioned something about this stone was a tile, that it was my tile in the city of the shift, and I was wondering what you thought about that.

ELIAS:  (Slowly and carefully)  Let me express to you quite clearly in relation to this city.  Although within future probabilities it already exists in your terms within this present time framework, it does not exist physically in physical matter, for it has not been inserted into your physical reality yet in linear time framework.  Therefore, as to the placement of any physical object — any structure, any object, any type of creation that shall be inserted into this city by any individual within this time framework — it is a choice that you create within the moment.

Now; in this, as you objectively view any element for insertion into the reality of the city, you choose within any moment to be creating that element and inserting it into the city.  It does not necessarily already exist with your signature upon it, but it appears within the reality of the city as you choose within the moment to insert it into that reality.  Therefore, you are creating elements of the city in the now within a parallel dimension, so to speak, a parallel reality which is not yet inserted into your linear time framework, for it is future.

Now; I shall express to you, it is also past, but neither of these elements are now.  Therefore, the insertion into the actual physical manifestation of the city is within another type of reality within this present now, for within this present now, it is not inserted into your physical objective reality.

In this, the reason that I am offering this explanation is to clarify to you.  If you are so choosing to be entering this stone as a tile into the objective reality of the city, you may, and you need no method to be accomplishing of this.  All you need be focused upon is the choice to be inserting of this tile into the city and it is done, so to speak.

JOANNE:  I have already seen the tile in the hallway leading into the city.

ELIAS:  Quite, but you see it in the now, for this is your imagery presenting you with the choice to be objectively placing it there or not, for it may appear and it may also disappear, for as you have not inserted it yet, it is within what you may express to be a state of flux.  It may blink in and out.  You have created the tile, but you have not expressed the actual insertion into the city.  You have created an assumption that it already exists within the city, and therefore, you are merely viewing it.

What I am expressing to you is that you are dealing now with probabilities, and probabilities do not exist before you, in a manner of speaking.  They are created within the moment, within the now.  They may be inserted into other-dimensional realities, but they are all created within the now.  Therefore, what you view is not in actuality an element that already exists and you are viewing it within its existence.  You are viewing the probability of its existence, which you have created in the now.  Are you understanding?

JOANNE:  Yes and no! (Elias chuckles)  I understand that it is my choice, and right now it’s just a probability that the tile will be there.  I feel that it’s already there, and I see myself standing beside it, and that this flower on the tile is growing and changing as I am growing and changing.

ELIAS:  And therefore, it IS now! (Chuckling, and the group laughs)

JOANNE:  Okay, so I just put it there!

ELIAS:  Correct.  This is the point; not that it already existed in that physical location in matter, but that you have created it already within your probabilities, and within the now, you have inserted it into the actual reality by choice.  This is what I have been offering in explanation to you.  Now....

JOANNE:  Thank you!  The little girl in the first dream, after seeing her ... well, first I wanted to ask, did they see ... were they other focuses of mine?  The little boy and the little girl?

ELIAS:  Yes, you are correct.

JOANNE:  Did they see me the way I saw them?  Because it seemed to me that I was looking at them, and they were looking right back at me.

ELIAS:  Do they view you as you view them?  No.  They view you differently.  They do not identify your presence in the same manner.  Are they viewing some element?  Yes.  Are they viewing energy?  Yes.  Are they viewing you in the same manner that you are viewing them objectively?  No, for they do not necessarily view you within your physical manifestation or view you within the physical form of your body as you see yourself within this focus.  But they do recognize your energy and a type of shape, but not necessarily the definition that you identify yourself with.

JOANNE:  A few nights later, I had another dream of this little girl.  We were traveling, not together at first, but I met up with her and I started to take care of her because she didn’t seem to have anyone to care for her, and I made sure she had things to eat and drink and I asked her where her parents were, and if she answered me, I didn’t understand the answer or I didn’t hear it, but I felt very connected to her and I wanted to take care of her.  I was wondering what this meant.  I had a miscarriage several years ago, and I was wondering if somehow that was her?

ELIAS:  No.  Let me express to you that this is not the presentment of the focus of that essence which chose not to be physically participating in that particular time framework of this physical dimension.

What the imagery is that you are engaging is the presentment to yourself of an aspect of yourself, and in this, you are offering to that imagery that expression of yourself — the nurturing and the caring for — that you recognize may be beneficial to yourself if you are offering this expression to yourself.

In other terms, what you are creating in this dream imagery is practice.  You are practicing with yourself.  You are practicing offering this acceptance and this nurturing with yourself in imagery that is acceptable to you temporarily.  It is more acceptable to you objectively to be caring for another individual, and most especially, it is more acceptable to you to be caring for a small one, for you view them to be in need of care.

This imagery is quite powerful that you are offering to yourself, for this is an aspect of yourself that is offering you a message in information that you yourself are requiring of this same nurturing and acceptance from yourself objectively that you so very willingly offer to a small one and another individual.

JOANNE:  I also had some imagery from ... I don’t know where I was.  There were a number of coffins and a lot of people were very, very upset, and there was one woman that I felt drawn to.  We went back to her apartment and we talked about what had happened, and I was trying to explain to her about the shift and what was happening and that the people who had passed on ... about choice and agreement, and I told her if she ever needed me, she could have my phone number and she could call me.  And then she changed into someone else like halfway through the conversation, and then I told her, “I’ll give you my phone number and you can call me any time,” and I left, and I was wondering if you had any comments on that.

ELIAS:  Yes.

Now; this also, within this present time framework, is significant, for within the action of this shift, what you have tapped into is movement within energy, and you have provided yourself — once again, symbolically — with imagery that is quite in conjunction with this shift in consciousness and within this particular time framework.

I have stated previously that within this particular time framework of this final year of your century and your millennium, much energy has been lent, and in this, individuals hold the ability to be tapping into this energy and creating much more easily any particular direction of lines of probabilities that they are so choosing.

Now; individuals may be creating of more of an ease within their movement within the action of this shift or they may be creating of trauma and of increased conflict.  In actuality, it matters not.  It is merely a choice.

The point is that as the energy is, in a manner of speaking, moving and displayed in a type of extreme or great intensity, so also may many of the expressions that are created in your physical focus be.

In this, within this time framework, many individuals are choosing to be disengaging and not continuing objectively within the throes of this shift in consciousness.

You may look to this time framework presently as a type of crossroad or turning point within this shift in consciousness — the halfway mark, so to speak, figuratively speaking — and many individuals within this particular time framework choose not to be objectively participating in the trauma of this shift in consciousness or in the objective expression of this shift.  Therefore, they choose to be disengaging and lending energy to the continuation of the action of this shift within nonphysical areas of consciousness.

This in actuality we shall speak of more futurely, for this is quite complicated, in your terms, and necessitates much more of an explanation.  But within this now, addressing to your dream imagery, I shall not be expounding in that area yet.

This be the reason that you offer yourself this imagery of your coffins, in the recognition that there is an action which is occurring presently in intensity of many individuals choosing to be disengaging.

You also present yourself with the encounter and interaction with an individual that you express the information to, that you hold information concerning this shift in consciousness, and you offer your interaction with this individual and you offer the extension of helpfulness to this individual.

Now; the reason that you also image the individual changing, and yourself within a different moment walking away, is the message that you are providing to yourself concerning information offered — the recognition that you may offer information, but it is subsequently the choice of the other individual as to whether they shall objectively accept and receive this information or not.

Your participation may be merely to present the offering, and once the offering has been presented, you may move into the position of allowance with the other individual, without judgment and without pushing and without urgency, to merely accept the other individual’s choice of how they shall or shall not be incorporating that information.

The action of the other individual changing is once again symbolic of how you may be offering information to another individual, and if they are choosing to be allowing the influence that you offer, it may be altering of themselves and their reality.  But you may notice that YOU do not change the other individual.  The other individual changes themself.

JOANNE:  Thank you, Elias.  I have one more question.  I’ve had several dreams about a man.  My mom and I call him my mystery man.  I’ve never seen his face.  I know he’s tall, he has sharp cheekbones and dark hair, and in my dreams, in the encounters with him ... the most incredible feeling of love and understanding, and that he knows me better than I know myself.  I was wondering if you could comment on that for me, please?

ELIAS:  And who do you perceive, within your most secret areas of yourself, that this mystery man is? (Pause)

JOANNE:  Myself?

ELIAS:  No!  Guess again!  HA HA! (Laughter)

JOANNE:  I don’t know.

MARJ:  Is it you, Elias?

ELIAS:  You are correct.

MARJ:  I knew it!  I knew it!

JOANNE:  So many times in the last two weeks, when I was thinking about you and what I was going to say to you today, things happened!  Incredible, happy, beautiful things!

ELIAS:  And I offer to you affection and complete acceptance, and I have been in communication with you already and have offered to you the introduction in the expression of my energy, that you may hold the objective knowing and therefore provide yourself with an ease in our objective meeting without fearfulness, for there is a knowing that I have already expressed the acceptance with you, and in this shall continue to do so, for there is no element of you that is unacceptable.  And in this also, I have offered energy to you, that you may allow yourself to view the wondrousness and the joyfulness of what is about you.

JOANNE:  (Laughing)  I couldn’t figure out why so many things were happening only when I was planning on what I was going to say to you!

ELIAS:  Ha ha ha!  Quite a coincidence, is it not?  Ha ha ha!

MARJ:  Was that you in the garden?

JOANNE:  Was that you in the backyard Saturday night, August 7?

ELIAS:  Ha ha ha ha!

JOANNE:  I’ve never felt ... I was just sitting there thinking about what I was going to say today....

ELIAS:  And did you not feel that blanket?

JOANNE:  It was incredible, and I wanted to jump up and run around and tell everybody!  There were twelve other people in my house, and I couldn’t tell anyone ‘cause they would think I was nuts!

ELIAS:  Ha ha ha ha!

JOANNE:  But I was so happy, and if you didn’t hear me Saturday, thank you!

ELIAS:  You are quite welcome, and I shall continue to be interactive with you and I shall continue to offer energy to you, that you may, in a manner of speaking, learn to be as genuinely and as completely accepting of yourself as the wondrous individual that you are, that I offer to you. (Chuckling)

JOANNE:  Excellent.  Thank you.  Thank you very, very much.

ELIAS:  You are very welcome, and I express to you great affection and an anticipation of our continued interaction and of our next objective meeting.  I express great lovingness to you all this day, and I shall also offer to you the instruction to be continuing to be playful and joyful!  Ha ha ha!  And you may....

MARJ:  We’ll do that for sure now! (Laughter)

ELIAS:  And you may ...

JOANNE:  Thank you so much!

ELIAS:  ... anticipate my objective interaction with you, in a manner of speaking, also.  Be noticing elements of energy about you, for you shall be encountering aspects of my energy to be encouraging to you each.  To you individually this day, I express much lovingness and a very fond au revoir.

GROUP:  Au revoir!
