ELIAS: Good morning! (Grinning)
MARY: Good morning!
DALE: Good morning!
ELIAS: Welcome to new essence this day!
MARY: Thank you.
ELIAS: And you have questions this day? (Grinning)
MARY: Yes, we do. First of all, thank you for being here.
ELIAS: As you have asked, I have responded. (Smiling)
MARY: Thank you. I guess initially I was wondering if you
could comment on these overwhelming feelings of fatigue
that I have so often in this focus, but especially lately, and it seems
to be affecting all aspects of my life lately. (Pause)
ELIAS: Partially, the reason that you have experienced this type
of fatigue within this particular focus is that you are designated as final
focus. Many times individuals within this type of manifestation experience
physically a fatigue or restlessness, impatience many times, and also sporadic
lack of motivation.
In this, subjectively you recognize that you are designated as the final
focus, and you hold an anticipation of moving into areas of non-physical
consciousness and disengaging from areas of physical focusing. This
is translated objectively — as influenced through belief systems — in the
manner that suggests that there may be a more exciting adventure to be
encountering once you are disengaging and that you hold an element of boredom
within this particular dimension, for it has been engaged previously and
is being engaged, as all of the focuses are simultaneous.
But coupling with the belief systems that are associated with this particular
dimension ... it being the universe and the planet for learning and aspiring,
and that if you are focusing within this particular dimension, you are
occupying a lower plane, so to speak ... this is all incorrect and is all
stemming from aspects of belief systems, but these beliefs are very real
and they are mass belief systems and therefore are very influencing.
Regardless if you are holding these belief systems individually or not,
they may be affecting.
In this, individuals also hold underlying beliefs, as with yourself,
that as you move through this focus and you disengage or you choose death,
you shall emerge into a more perfect state. This is also incorrect,
for you already occupy a perfect state! You merely move from one
area to another area in disengaging physical focus.
There is another aspect that is experienced by individuals within a
final focus, in that they are quite receptive — and partially objectively
receptive — to the energy lent by other focuses. Therefore, it is
seeming to these final focuses that they are encountering a surge of energy,
which may be overwhelming at times, and is then translated into the feeling
of fatigue.
MARY: Wow. I’ll have to think about that.
ELIAS: It is not necessarily that you are being lent more energy
than any other focus by all of your focuses of essence, but that you hold
more of an awareness of the energy which is lent. Therefore, objectively
it becomes more affecting. All focuses are subjectively affecting
of all other focuses, but individual focuses do not necessarily recognize
or hold the awareness objectively of this influence and lending of energy.
This particular situation increases presently, for you are also responding
within your own intake of energy to this present wave in consciousness
which is occurring, addressing to the belief system of sexuality.
Now; also for your benefit — (to Dale) as your partner has requested
the identification of these belief systems — let me clarify.
As I have stated previously, your creation of sexuality
and emotion are not belief systems. They are base elements of this
particular dimension, but you have created immense belief systems with
respect to these two base elements of your reality. Therefore, there
is a dual occurrence in addressing to this particular belief system, as
shall be in the addressing to the belief system of emotion. In this,
the addressing to this particular belief system appears more intense than
the addressing to other belief systems.
This particular belief system holds very many aspects. There are
multitudes of birds within this particular cage, elements that you do not
think of as associated with this belief, for you identify this belief with
the word, which — in your assessment — is quite narrow: “Sexuality applies
merely to physical elements.” This is incorrect. There is much
more involved with your creation of sexuality than merely physical elements.
Therefore, this belief system holds MUCH energy.
In this, as you are also participating in this wave of consciousness
presently, it is affecting physically with you in intensifying this situation
of fatigue. It is increasing your responsiveness and your feeling
of fatigue within this time period. This belief system, being as
extensive as it is, shall continue to be addressed to for a time period,
and within that time period, you also shall continue to be experiencing
this intensified fatigue within your focus, within the most probable probability.
Now; be remembering that no element that I offer to you in information
is an absolute. Therefore, you hold the ability to alter this probability
in your own addressing to this belief system and your examining of the
aspects of it that you hold, which shall be partially alleviating of this
physical response that you hold presently.
In recognizing also that the designation of final focus is not a designation
of excitement moving into greater enlightenment, but merely the designation
of an action to be moving from one area of consciousness to another area
of consciousness ... you continue to be you. In like manner to your
physical movement to another country, you shall follow you to a new country
and continue to be you, regardless that you alter your physical location.
The same holds for disengagement of physical focus. You are merely
moving to another area of consciousness, but are continuing to be the essence
that you are, and in this, you may also identify the aspects of belief
that you hold in this area, and it may be affecting of alleviating elements
of your fatigue also.
If you are looking to the now and recognizing that you are creating
reality within each moment of the now, you may regain your zeal and your
joyfulness within the now in THIS dimension, in THIS creation, in THIS
experience, and not be projecting futurely in anticipation of what may
come, but to be appreciating of the ability that you hold to be creating
NOW.
MARY: Thank you.
ELIAS: You are very welcome.
DALE: It’s my final focus too, correct?
ELIAS: Correct.
DALE: I’d like to talk a little bit about my empathic sense that
I’m playing with lately. First, I intuit that telepathy
is an aspect of the empathic sense?
ELIAS: Telepathy is another inner sense.
DALE: It’s a separate inner sense?
ELIAS: Correct.
DALE: Hmm! Okay....
ELIAS: Telepathy is your inner sense which allows you the ability
to focus your attention upon the area of consciousness — with another individual
— which creates thought; the energy of thought, which is reality, as you
are aware. In this, exercising your telepathic sense is exercising
your ability to be connecting and accessing another individual’s creation
of their thought process, therefore allowing you a greater understanding
of their perception as influenced through thought.
The empathic sense is your inner sense which allows you the ability
to merge with another individual or thing, so to speak, and to be experiencing
their experience. Therefore, if you are merging with another individual,
as [an] example, you shall hold an awareness of yourself continued, but
you shall also experience their experience fully; feel all of their feelings,
all of their sense data — which they connect to through their outer senses
— all of their physical and emotional feelings, and their energy centers
and a communication of them.
DALE: Hmm! Feeling the energy centers ... that’s a good
idea! I remember doing it with a dolphin and I also remember doing
it with James twice within dreams, and actually, I’d like to know more
about the connection between me and James. It seems like that sense
came very easily; it comes very easily for me with James. Do our
essences merge, or are we fragments of the same essence in counterpart
action now, or ...?
ELIAS: No, you are not fragmented of the same essence, but your
essences do engage the action of mergence in what you would express to
be “at times.” There is an interaction that occurs in “mergence intermingling,”
so to speak, therefore offering exchange of experiences and — translated
into physical language — an exchange of concepts, in a manner of speaking.
This is a figurative term in relation to essence, for essence does not
necessarily engage concepts in the manner that you think of within physical
terms, but this would be the closest designation to the exchange which
occurs within this type of mergence with these essences. This also
allows the focuses more of an ease to be interconnecting.
But let me express to you also, do not be discounting of self and your
creation and your ability within your individual focus, for much of this
action that you experience and the ease of your participation in this empathic
mergence with this individual is created by yourself and is agreed upon
in compliance by your partner.
Therefore, I express to you, do not be “cosmitizing” (grinning) your
own abilities!
DALE: Cosmitizing! I’m gonna have to look up that word!
MARY: Oh, I like that!
DALE: Cosmitizing! Okay. Thank you for the telepathy
information too, ‘cause I feel like that gives me a touchstone in a way,
‘cause I couldn’t figure out where I should point my consciousness.
And I was mistaken, thinking that it was part of the empathic.
ELIAS: It is merely a misunderstanding. It is not a mistake!
DALE: Ah! Touché!
MARY: Oh no! (Laughter, and Elias chuckles)
DALE: Does this have anything to do with how I talk for animals?
ELIAS: Yes.
DALE: Okay. That’s almost like a lighter version of it,
in a sense?
ELIAS: It is a slightly different action in your participation,
but it is the same engagement, of partially allowing yourself to be merging
with a creature and therefore allowing yourself access to information in
concern to this creature.
As I have stated, you may be exercising your empathic sense with ANY
element of your reality. It matters not that you consider the element
to be living or not living. You may merge with a rock or a wall,
and you may be allowing yourself the experience of these objects, for they
also hold consciousness and ARE experiencing.
DALE: You’re quite good at it yourself! (Laughter)
ELIAS: Of course! (Grinning)
DALE: Of course! The All-Knowing! (Elias chuckles)
(To Mary) Would you like a turn?
MARY: Surely, if it’s okay. I guess I know that you’ve touched
on this before, and I don’t want to be intruding on too much of an answer,
if you don’t....
ELIAS: Personal invalidation!
MARY: I know, I know!
DALE: P.I., P.I.!
ELIAS: Merely engage your questioning, and you need not be qualifying!
MARY: Thank you. I was wondering if you could comment on
my family of Sumari and my alignment with Milumet,
and the obvious pull that they seem to have on my life, and ... could you
comment on that?
ELIAS: These are interesting types of combinations with essence
families, for they express, each, distinct differences. Therefore,
individual focuses as yourself that choose to be manifesting with this
type of combination of intents experience certain aspects of confusion
and conflict at times.
The actions and qualities of the Sumari family move in the direction
of excitement, drama, stirring and sparking of themselves and of other
individuals. They also express, quite consistently, a lack of consistency!
(Grinning at his own play on words)
MARY: That fits. Perfect!
ELIAS: They are, as I have expressed previously, the middle.
They are the individuals that may be prodding, and in this, they may engage
many different avenues for investigation which shall be exciting to them,
but they do not hold the attention within ANY of these areas for what you
would term to be long durations, for this is not in compliance with their
intent. They do not hold interest in continuation of any concept,
any action, any event, any element within their creation. They are
quite passionate and creative.
Now; the Milumet hold a very different type of expression. Generally,
in your terms, they may be much quieter, more subdued. They DO focus
attention in ongoing situations and are quite diligent in quests.
In this, there is a similarity, that neither of these particular families
align with officially accepted institutions or groups. Neither of
these families holds an interest or a direction of attention that shall
move them into aligning with officially accepted rules or officially accepted
beliefs, societal creations, or the establishments of certain groups which
find comfort in their shared ideas, so to speak. Both of these families
are concerning themselves within their intent much more individually.
In this, they each lend energy to a movement — or an ease of a movement
— for you to be stepping outside of officially accepted mass belief systems.
But they also lend conflict, for there is a tendency or a leaning within
yourself to focus upon a concept or an action, an event, an endeavor, a
venture ... which you may present yourself initially with much excitement,
which diminishes quickly, but you hold a continued fascination with this
particular element and are creating of your dead mouse game! (Laughter)
For one aspect of yourself holds the readiness to discontinue action
with certain creations. You have offered yourself the excitement,
and therefore you also present yourself with the feeling of wishing to
be moving to a new endeavor, to be creating excitement and drama once again.
But the aspect of the Milumet moves you into a position of hesitation and
an action of examining and re-examining and re-examining your creation!
(Laughter)
MARY: That’s so true!
ELIAS: Therefore, in this movement you confuse yourself and you
allow the “seeping in” — with your experience — of aspects of belief systems
which confuse you more, for in this, you continue to hold yourself in the
situation and continue to be playing with your dead mouse.
Now; let me express to you also that these two intents and qualities
of these two families may be brought into harmony quite efficiently and
may be lending much energy to you in your ventures and your creations,
for you may allow yourself the excitement and also allow yourself the tempering
— with the quality of the Milumet — to not be creating drama.
Drama and excitement are not synonymous. You may offer yourself
excitement which shall produce motivation, but not continue the excitement
into drama, which is the beginnings of conflict.
The Sumari may also temper the Milumet, in its temporariness and the
recognition that it is unnecessary for you to be continuing to be re-evaluating
and re-examining and re-assessing all of your creations over and over and
over.
This merely lends energy to duplicity, for you begin to question yourself.
You question your creations and you move into the direction of guessing
and therefore not trusting.
The expression may be, (humorously) “Well ... perhaps ... maybe ...
my initial expression is not entirely accurate or acceptable, and I shall
re-evaluate and I shall be producing a BETTER scenario, and if I am examining
this situation extensively and over and over again, FUTURELY I shall be
accomplishing better!”
MARY: Finally getting it!
So you’re saying then to trust myself more initially, before it gets
to be so conflicting that it becomes overwhelming, and then to more or
less let it go ...
ELIAS: Correct.
MARY: ... and move on.
ELIAS: And once again, we shall address with you — as with many
other individuals in what you term to be recent time period within this
action of this present wave in consciousness — our no conflict exercise,
and I shall express to you that you may be engaging this no conflict exercise,
and in this you shall discontinue your playing with your dead mouse, and
you may identify clearly and quickly, in your terms, your conflict and
how you may be alleviating of your conflict.
In this, you reinforce your acceptance of self, your trust of self.
You do not lend energy to duplicity, and you also do not lend energy to
the aspect of judgment or justification. You merely express an acceptance
of self in expressing, “This is the identification of my conflict.
This is the alleviation of my conflict.” Done!
MARY: Thank you very much, Elias.
ELIAS: You are very welcome. (Chuckling)
MARY: I’ll be looking into the no conflict exercise.
DALE: You don’t have to actually manifest dead mice like I do!
ELIAS: You may be inquiring of Michael, and he may be offering
to you the no conflict exercise.
MARY: Thank you.
ELIAS: You are welcome. (Chuckling)
MARY: I guess if we could ... and this is really ... honestly,
I can be very brief! (Elias grins) I was just wondering ... and I
know I’m doing it again! Could you please comment — it’s a personal
question — on my current relationship with my friend Jerry, and a follow-up
on my relationship and “past” focuses with my friend John. (Pause)
ELIAS: With this individual that you identify as John, you have
held other focuses with this individual, many of which [are] creating much
conflict and irritation. You move in the direction of challenging
each other in many different areas, which at times you identify as disagreement,
and are playfully — and not playfully — expressing a lack of acceptance
in the judgment of, “I am right; you are wrong.”
MARY: Is this John ...
ELIAS: Correct.
MARY: ... or Jerry? John. Thank you.
ELIAS: This has continued through many focuses and has been quite
efficient for you each in surfacing different challenges and allowing you
the opportunity to view more of your own alignment with certain aspects
of belief systems, and therefore also spurring you to be examining self
and spurring you to be trusting of self at times, for there is a supportiveness
and a lending of energy that occurs between you which facilitates this
type of action.
You also hold future focus ... I am quite aware that you are a final
focus, but all focuses are simultaneous. Therefore, there exists,
in your terminology, a future focus presently, in which you are quite spurring
of each other and quite challenging of each other in much playfulness,
but also much agitation! (Chuckling)
This is not to say that you do not hold what you term to be in your
terms closeness, for you do, for there is a trust of each other that you
do not afford yourselves.
MARY: Individually.
ELIAS: Correct, but you may also look to the trust that you hold
for each other, and you may turn this trust and offer this to yourselves
also.
MARY: Thank you.
ELIAS: You are welcome. As to this other individual, you
hold one focus with this individual, and are establishing a continuation
of a dynamic with this individual that has begun within another focus.
Now; I express to you, in this situation, you may also hold challenges.
One challenge that may be presented to you by yourself repeatedly in the
engagement of relationship with this individual is your own expression
of justification, which may be an area that you may address to. The
individual may be presenting different types of expressions that shall
trigger you into your own thought process and feelings of your own justification.
Let me be reminding you that each time an individual is sparked into
the presentment of this bird of justification, what is occurring in actuality
is their agreement of their own lack of acceptance of self. This
be the creation of hurt feelings or the thought process of being misunderstood
or not heard.
This is not the creation of another individual. They are expressing
through their perception, which is their reality and is real. You
are receiving through your perception influenced by your belief systems,
and are receiving in the manner of accentuating your own lack of acceptance
of self and outwardly expressing this.
As the ball hits the wall, it is bouncing back in outward expression
of justification of your own steadfastness in rightness, and in a frustration
at times that is projected outwardly in the expression of, “YOU are not
listening. YOU are not hearing.” This is expressed outwardly,
and what you are expressing is the expression to self.
Another individual is NOT not hearing. YOU are not hearing and
YOU are not listening with self.
This is not to say that the creation of relationships shall be riddled,
so to speak, with pitfalls of challenges, but that this presentment is
an area that you are moving into — within YOUR probabilities — of examination,
to be more efficiently creating interaction within relationships.
MARY: Thank you.
ELIAS: You are welcome.
MARY: I’ll read that again. Thank you.
DALE: I have some quick questions!
ELIAS: Ah! (Laughter)
DALE: I would like the names and families and alignments of three
of my friends.
ELIAS: Very well.
DALE: Eileen? (Pause)
ELIAS: Isha; I-S-H-A. (ee’sha) Essence family, Tumold; alignment,
Vold.
DALE: Ah! I finally know another Vold! Tricia? (Pause)
ELIAS: Anselm; A-N-S-E-L-M. (on’chol) Essence family, Milumet;
alignment, (chuckling) Zuli.
DALE: Patrice? (Pause)
ELIAS: Lais; L-A-I-S. (lace) Essence family, Borledim; alignment,
Vold. This individual holds much intent within the action of this
shift.
DALE: Hmm. Was I a dream walker?
Did I have a dream walker focus? Did dream walkers have focuses?
Dream walkers are focuses ... yes, dream walkers are focuses!
ELIAS: In a manner of speaking....
DALE: Right. I’m interested in that and in my connecting
to stone circles, especially Avebury. My interest is in feeling how
they were created. I feel how they were created, in a way. (15-second
pause)
ELIAS: You are connecting with what you may term to be past focuses
in the allowance of bleed-through, and this offers you an objective identification
with certain creations and a draw to them. This, coupled with certain
elements of similarities of creations of other-dimensional focuses, also
is influencing, in a fascination in the manner of subjective comparison.
This may be likened to an individual within this dimension that occupies
their attention within the profession of what you may term to be an archaeologist.
In this, an archaeologist holds a fascination in comparisons of different
societies and groups of individuals that create similarly.
In like manner, subjectively you hold a fascination in the area of comparison
of different dimensions, and the similarities with some, in how they may
be creating in certain aspects of their reality, creating certain structures
or designs, so to speak, similarly.
There are creations within this dimension that hold similarity to creations
or structures in other dimensions, and this be the draw that you hold in
this area. Your participation in certain aspects of creation of some
structures pastly lends energy to your fascination in this area.
Are you understanding?
DALE: Yes. Thank you. In particular, was I helpful
in Avebury?
ELIAS: No, but this offers you a curiosity in the design merely
of the formation, in your own knowing of participation in the creation
of structures that have required much energy and concentration. Let
me express to you that you have participated, in your time framework and
creation, within the physical location that you identify as Northern Africa,
and ...
DALE: Would that be Egypt?
ELIAS: ... the creation of these structures. Your participation
has been in the construction of what you term to be Sphinx. Therefore,
in your subjective knowing of structural design — and energy which is required
to be creating and the creativity which is expressed — you also hold a
draw to all other creations within this dimension and other dimensions.
DALE: But like with the Sphinx, I wasn’t ... I don’t feel like
I was totally physical in my participation. It feels more like it
was a conscious participation more than a physical focus participation.
ELIAS: No.
DALE: No?
ELIAS: This has been a physical focus participation, in your participation
in creating what you term to be plans or blueprints ...
DALE: Okay, that’s why I don’t....
ELIAS: ... not necessarily in the direction of manual labor.
DALE: Right, okay. That’s ... okay, thanks.
ELIAS: As to dream walkers, you hold an aspect of the dream walkers.
Let me express to you that any individual that is physically manifest
presently within this dimension is not what you would term to a dream walker,
so to speak, for these essences are not entirely physically focused and
have chosen not to be entirely physically focused from the onset of the
creation of this dimension.
But through the action of fragmentation, as each essence fragmented
holds all of the qualities of the fragmenting essence, there is aspect
of dream walker within many individuals that ARE physically manifest, within
the essences that choose to be physically manifest. Therefore, there
is an interconnectedness and there are lendings of energy in certain qualities
held by dream walkers.
Now; let me also express to you NOT to be confusing yourself in movement
into a direction of identifying dream walkers as differentiated from other
essences, as being higher or better. They have merely chosen a different
expression. They are not different in essence. Their choice
is different. Therefore, they do not hold better qualities than any
other essence. They merely hold different choices for experience.
In this, the lending of energy within the aspect of dream walker may
be facilitating within your widening of awareness, your own accessing and
exercising of your inner senses, and your abilities to be moving through
consciousness while participating within physical focus.
DALE: Thank you.
ELIAS: You are welcome.
MARY: Elias, unless you’d like to break first, I was wondering
if I could please have John’s essence name and his family, and also Jerry’s?
(Pause)
ELIAS: First individual, essence name, Sandra.
MARY: S-A-N-D-R-A?
ELIAS: Correct. Essence family, Sumari; alignment, Zuli.
MARY: Thank you.

MARY: Hmm. Like Michael. Thank you.
ELIAS: You are welcome.
DALE: Not all physical focuses incorporate belief systems, correct?
ELIAS: Not all physical DIMENSIONS incorporate belief systems.
DALE: Oh. Thank you.
ELIAS: You are welcome.
DALE: I’d like to know what the sparks
are that I see, those sparks.
ELIAS: Energy ...
DALE: Oh, okay. I figured that!
ELIAS: ... that you allow yourself to view objectively.
MARY: Like the thing to the side. I get this movement, this
circle of movement off to the side of my periphery.
ELIAS: This is a different action.
MARY: Oh?
ELIAS: This is the incorporation of vision which is influenced
by bleed-through of other-dimensional focuses, and viewing through your
physical eyes their own vision.
MARY: Their own vision?
ELIAS: Correct, through your eyes. Therefore, you also hold
the allowance within yourself to view what they view, how they view.
MARY: That is very cool! Thank you.
ELIAS: You are welcome.
DALE: Is that the same kind of action as when ... like wavery,
like a spot will be very wavery to me?
ELIAS: Correct.
DALE: It’s the same kind of thing?
ELIAS: Yes.
DALE: I would like to ask a question for Vic, and this is how
she would like it presented, being a Sumafi. (Laughing)
“Recently, Bobbi had an unusual experience with rapid heartbeat.
Another individual, who will remain anonymous, has had very similar experiences
in the last few months.” (Elias chuckles)
Let’s just guess! (Laughter)
“On the day of Bobbi’s experience, there was an unusual number of people
in the emergency room with heart-related conditions. On that same
day, I woke up with a chest pain on the left side of my body, which is
still there. Finally, the woman who took Bobbi’s place in the emergency
room had the last name of Elias.” (Elias chuckles)
“Can you offer some insight into this imagery?”
ELIAS: HA HA! Lawrence! (Dale and Mary crack up)
DALE: That’s more than a chuckle!
ELIAS: I shall express to Lawrence, and also to Jale, interesting
imagery, is it not, the presentment of this name? Which is also the
presentment of a temporary individual — a pop-in, so to speak — to be offered
for the gaining of attention.
In this, this action in experience is being experienced by many individuals
presently.
Now; look to your imagery that you present yourselves with.
Presently, as I have expressed, you address en masse collectively within
a wave of consciousness to the belief system of sexuality
— which is a base element foundational block, so to speak, of this physical
dimension — and you associate this particular element of your physical
form, your physical body, as your life source.
Your heart is that aspect of your physical form that YOU view within
your objective beliefs as your core, your center, your life force, your
driving energy, that particular aspect of your physical form which directs
and pumps your physical form. Therefore, it is directing of all of
your focus, for in its continuation, you continue. In its discontinuation,
you discontinue physically.
In this, the belief system being addressed to is also directed to what
you may term to be a life force. It is the element of your creation
within this physical focus which directs all of your creations.
Your other element of this dimension, for experience, is emotional,
but this is the color of the experiences. This is the element of
the hue to your painting, the colors in your painting. This is your
emotion. The painting itself is the sexuality; the canvas and the
paint. The physical aspects of your dimension is the sexuality ...
and the perception, the mental aspects. The outward expression of
all of your reality is the creation of the sexuality.
Therefore, you may identify these two elements of imagery quite similarly.
They are physical and they are the base element — the life force — of your
reality.
In this, as I have stated previously, within this time period presently,
in this final year of your century and of your millennium, your energy,
your movement accelerates. It becomes more intensified. Much
energy has been lent throughout your ages to this time period, and in this,
you have great access to this energy. In its intensity, the action
of this shift is accelerated. Therefore, the movement of addressment
to belief systems is also accelerated and intensified.
You present en masse within this wave your expression to yourselves,
in the KNOWING of this movement and your movement with it, objective imagery
in physical creations. Some individuals are experiencing much physical
affectingness within the area of their orange energy center. Many
individuals are experiencing in physical area of heart, for it is your
life-generating element of your physical form.
It is not, for your consciousness is your life-generating element, (grinning)
but within your beliefs, your heart is your driving force.
Therefore, you also create imagery of its movement accelerating and
intensifying, which may be creating of uncomfortableness physically, but
you are also experiencing uncomfortableness in other areas of your reality
in your addressment to this belief system and your examination of this
belief system, for this is an uncomfortable belief system to view!
There are many, many aspects of this belief system that you accept as
not beliefs, as merely elements of your reality that are outside of beliefs,
and they are not. They are aspects of your belief. Therefore,
there is difficulty in the addressment to this belief, and you may view
the action of this individually and en masse, for it shall be also accelerating,
and you shall be experiencing the intensity as THIS wave crests! (Chuckling)
DALE: Yippee! Oh, good! (Laughter) She has two game
things too: a new category of physical imagery, pneumonia, Borledim. (Pause)
ELIAS: Acceptable.
DALE: Same category, heart conditions, Ilda.
ELIAS: One point.
DALE: Okay. There you go, Vic! Hi! (Elias chuckles)
Vic’s note: Hi Dale, and thanks!
DALE: Do you want to ask about your dream this morning?
MARY: Yes, because I think Mary needs to go pretty soon.
I had a dream last night or early this morning, and basically, Dale
and I were driving over a bridge. Dale was driving and I was in the
passenger side, and we were way, way, way high up over a body of water,
and Dale was talking to me like she does, yakity-yak, and she wasn’t watching
the road, and twice tried to drive off the road. Our wheels went
off, and we came back in. Down the road again, she was talking, and
we drove right off the cliff. There was no guard rail.
The car disappeared, and the two of us were just face-to-face, watching
each other’s expressions and just kind of falling, but not really falling
in gravity, and just before we hit the water, it was almost like freeze-frames.
We stopped, almost floating above the water, and then we fell into the
water, and it was warm ... and everything was okay. I just wondered
if you had a comment on that.
ELIAS: Very well. This is your presentment of your imagery
to yourself, in that your vehicle is the symbolization of your physical
focus and the encasement of your physical form.
In this, you appear to be allowing distractions in your movement of
this focus, but notice the imagery that you have allowed yourself.
You are traveling within the encasement, so to speak, together; the imagery
of physical form, physical focuses together.
One is distracted and is continuing on and is moving off of your bridge,
so to speak. The other holds concern for this action and is questioning
of this action and the safety of this action. The one plunges (laughter)
in the risk, but also in the trust. The other is questioning but
is following, and in this following, the vehicle disappears.
The encasement or the expression physically has disappeared, and there
is the movement to the emergence into the fullness of essence in expression.
This be the water. There is a hesitation prior to the immersion,
for there is a questioning of the safety once again, but the action is
continued and the immersion allowed, and this is the allowance of the connection
of essence and the knowing that there is no need for fearfulness or protection,
for there is no element of unsafety in this movement and this immersion.
MARY: Therefore, the gentle mergence with the water, and the warmth.
ELIAS: Correct.
MARY: Thank you.
DALE: Are there any nice little labels for mine and Mary’s relationship?
MARY: (Laughing) Well put, Dale!
DALE: Are we like, you know, counterparts, opposite counterparts,
or any one of those kind of names?
ELIAS: You are not opposite counterparts.
DALE: I didn’t think that!
ELIAS: Were you opposite counterparts, I would venture to express
to you that you would not be engaging THIS action ...
MARY: (Laughing) I knew he was going to say that!
ELIAS: ... jointly together this day, but would be repelling each
other quite efficiently!
DALE: Am I that with her son Kyle? Are we counterparts?
MARY: You mean Colin?
DALE: Kyle.
MARY: Oh.
ELIAS: No.
DALE: No? Bummer! We repulse each other, though.
ELIAS: There is a counterpart action that is held between your
son and this son ...
DALE: Oh! Kyle and Spencer? Okay.
ELIAS: ... and this is creating of your magnet situation.
DALE: Oh, okay.
ELIAS: As for yourselves, you are not engaging counterpart action
presently, although you have engaged counterpart action previously.
Presently, you have moved into a position of helpfulness to each other
in lending energy to each other for the accomplishment of your individual
widenings of awareness. Therefore, you have moved from counterpart
action into an agreement to be sharing energy and offering challenge and
helpfulness and supportiveness to each other.
DALE: Thank you. We have this thing called time that we’ve
created limits for today....
ELIAS: Quite! (Laughter)
MARY: Yes! Yes, we do!
DALE: Thanks!
ELIAS: You are very welcome.
MARY: Thank you so much.
ELIAS: And I express to you each much encouragement in your movement
and your explorations.
(To Mary) And much encouragement to you to be rediscovering your
appreciation for your creations within the now, not merely your anticipation
futurely.
MARY: Thank you.
ELIAS: And to you each this day, I offer great affection, and
I express to you a very fond au revoir.

(1) This is actually quite interesting.
Bobbi and I watched this one question and answer together on Monday, April
5, 1999. As soon as Elias said “pop-in,” I got an image of a woman
I saw in a bank in 1997. So, I told Bobbi about this, and she asked
me to describe the woman, and then said the woman in the hospital looked
VERY similar. This was surprising to both of us! (reference
session #152, 2/9/97)
