JIM: Okay, Were the focuses that circle participants saw limited to focuses of themselves in the dimension that they were aware of?

ELIAS: For the most part.

JIM: For the most part. I have the feeling that there are many focuses of mine hovering at the edge of my awareness. Names keep popping up, but if I’m not where I can make note of them, I forget them. What am I accomplishing in turning up my focuses?

ELIAS: What you are accomplishing, my friend, is offering yourself more and more a genuine sense of the expansiveness of who you are.

JIM: I’m trying to do that, I guess. Why am I so emotionally involved with some of them? Awareness of Antigone has shaken me and, of course, there is Muriel.

ELIAS: For some, you can answer that, you are strongly and in that you allow yourself to experience their energy and, in your terms, part of you.

JIM: Well that makes sense. Alright. When I asked you why I got the name L-I-R-I-N associated with focuses of Mahji, you told me it was a counterpart action. I’ve been trying to understand that and haven’t made much progress. Is Lirin a focus name or an essence name, L-I-R-I-N?

ELIAS: Both.

JIM: It’s both a focus name and an essence name?

ELIAS: Yes.

JIM: Oh, my! Alright.

ELIAS: And you can engage counterpart action with an essence that is not necessarily physically focused.

JIM: Ah! That’s what I was going to ask you in my next question. Okay. Alright. That explains that.

ELIAS: For you may manifest and you may be engaging focuses in other realities and in that you may engage a counterpart action with an essence that is not necessarily physically focused in your reality.

JIM: Oh, okay. Alright. That’s interesting. I’m curious about a small brown spot on my arm. It appeared seemingly between one waking period and the next. When I first noticed it, I wondered if it was benign or the beginning of something like a melanoma which might, hopefully, eventually provide me with a socially justifiable reason for disengagement. That possibility kept my attention returning to the spot for a few days and then, between one waking period and the next, it disappeared. I guess my question here is, do I have one or more probable selves with a small brown skin blemish on the right arm? In other words, did my awareness switch back and forth between probable selves?

ELIAS: You did create a probable self.

JIM: Oh, I created one!

ELIAS: Which generates that melanoma. For you chose not to.

JIM: Okay. I’m being persistent that way, aren’t I?

ELIAS: (laughs)

JIM: So, I did create a probable self at that point.

ELIAS: Yes.

JIM: Okay. Well, I’ve run out of questions, Elias.

ELIAS: (laughs)

JIM: And I haven’t quite run out of time (Elias laughs) which surprises me. I thank you very, very much for your time.
