I am so proud and happy to share my book, “The Great Beyond 101”. I began the bones of this book soon after meeting Elias in December of 1998. The book started out as a journal that quickly turned into a dialogue between me and a character I created and named, Twink. Twink likes to call himself, “The guy that I came in with.” The dialogue between me and Twink and me and Elias continues, and I acknowledge more and more every day the unfolding of me to me—notice, identify, address to and accept beliefs, and let me add—ditch following feelings best you can every day no blanks—is ending separation in my life—now, now and now. I hope you get some laughs out of my book. You might even tear up a little but mostly I hope you will relate and relax with me. We are all shifting together one day at a time.
