DOCUMENT GUIDELINES:

Note: From my understanding, when Elias says a stone is symbolic of something, it does not necessarily mean this relates to its function.

“ELIAS: Now, yes, you can generate a physical affectingness with combinations of stones if you are using them in a manner in which you are not informed or ill informed in relation to their qualities and their functions. You can create uncomfortable situations or experiences. Will they be damaging to you? No. But they can be uncomfortable in varying degrees.” [X-File]

MINERALS & ELEMENTS

Aluminum

  • “Aluminum incorporates more neutral property. Therefore, the energy of aluminum is somewhat neutral, for it also can be drawing or repelling. Meaning it can repel unwanted energy, and it can also draw what is wanted.”
  • “Therefore in relation to eyeglasses, that can be beneficial for it can buff out unwanted energies, but it can also draw out your own obstacles and it can draw in what you want or aid in what you term to be “making clearer” what you want.”

Pyrite

  • “Spike.” [X-File]
  • “I would express, in a physical capacity it can generate bursts. Therefore bursts of energy.”

Salt

  • “Salt can be used creative or aesthetic purposes in conjunction with heating it. It can also generate a calming affectingness with humans and animals.” [E#201502221]
  • “It generates a type of interaction with the atmosphere and the energy around it which creates a type of energy that actually incorporates somewhat of a physical property. Not entirely. But it does incorporate somewhat of a physical property, for the energy that it produces through the interaction with the environment around it, and the energy around it, it in a manner of speaking BINDS to the energy around it. It would be very similar to the effect of physical actions in which certain molecules bind to other molecules to create a different structure.” [E#201502221]
  • “Therefore what it does is, when you heat salt in certain manners the energy of the salt binds with the energy around it in its atmosphere. And that creates an alteration of configuration of the energy. And what that does is it creates an energy that projects outward generating what you would respond to in a calming or relaxing expression.” [E#201502221]
  • “Now, it can be tricky also. For this is an action that can generate a very different effect if it is expressed in extreme. Or what you would term to be ‘too much’. [...] Too much volume.” [E#201502221]
  • “It is a matter of being aware and being somewhat cautious.”
  • “In other capacities, it can be stimulating in a manner that increases the speed of a process. [...] Increase the rapidness of the interaction of physical action that will generate a healing process.” [E#201502221]
  • “But it can also move in a different direction. In too much volume, or too much time interacting with it ... it can generate an irritation. It can aggravate. It can generate a reaction, so to speak, in which rather than emanating an energy it begins to retract and suck in that energy. Very similar to breathing [...] but much slower. Therefore it will generate a very long even exhale, in which it is projecting an energy. It is radiating an energy. But it does also inhale and pull back that energy. It creates a circle.” [E#201502221]
  • “[It] does generates a reaction of living elements such as humans or animals. It would be damaging to most foliage. But with humans and animals, you can interact with it in moderation and it can be very beneficial. But in too much time, too frequently, and too much time in intervals, and too much volume -- it can be damaging. It can be dangerous.” [E#201502221]

Silver

  • “Generate[s] a more calming affectingness and soothing, very comforting. [...] Silver incorporates a very soothing property. [...] Quieting.” [E#3240]
  • “Patience.” [X-File]
  • Feminine energy.
  • Good for shifting (due to feminine energy).

Titanium

  • “Enduring or endurance.”

Water

  • “Water is quite an amazing manifestation, for it does generate significant properties. It is dense but its density is supportive. It generates a support in the capacity of pressure, but also buoyancy, and it encourages relaxation. It holds energy but it dissipates energy. It can be incorporated as a conductor or a barrier. There are many, many different functions in relation to water.” [E#20150317-1]
  • “The water, in a manner of speaking, absorbs that energy of the volume of individuals in the water. This also occurs even in bodies of water such as your oceans [...] and in a body of water that is as small as a pool, the affectingness of the held energy can be much more intense than a body of water such as an ocean. It’s much more dispersed, and therefore it dissipates even large amounts of energy from many individuals much more quickly, and that water is also moving, which aids in the disbursement of that energy accumulation. Whereas water in a pool is still.” [E#20150317-1]
