Session 201408151

“Assimilating New Definitions”
”The Yes and No”

Friday, August 15, 2014 (Private)

Participants: Mary (Michael) and Lynda (Ruther)

(Mary was laughing so much before the session that she had difficulty connecting with Elias.)

ELIAS: Good morning!

LYNDA: What was that all about?

ELIAS: (Chuckles) I incorporate no control in relation to Michael!

LYNDA: Into Michael’s laughter? (Elias chuckles) Okay, fine. That’s validating.

ELIAS: And what have you accomplished?

LYNDA: Just this morning, oh my god, I was okay!

ELIAS: Excellent.

LYNDA: You are going to be so proud of me. You are going to say, ”Amen sister, I knew you had it in you.” (Elias laughs)

So, I had a session with you, you talked about learning love incorrectly, and I didn’t get depressed about that at all. I was like, wow, new level, new devil, new level. Anyway, I proceeded on with my days, and then I started to slip back into darkness. But I was noticing discountings, small dismissive actions in my life as a little girl: leaning up against a wall when we lived in San Francisco and being like so damned alone and bored and depressed and millions of things. But it became overwhelming, and I tried to balance myself out, and I was okay but I kept this like ennui – awful, no motivation.

And Match was awful. I went out with that guy, Shimmel. (Laughs) Sorry I said just tell me if there’s a possibility – of course you’re going to say there’s a possibility. You didn’t say there was a two percent possibility, but you did say there was a possibility. (Elias chuckles) Anyway, that was kind of awful, but I got to see the horses. Then I had all this bad luck; just everything was reflecting me not being very happy.

Then Robin Williams chose to leave the building, and I didn’t realize it at the time… I wrote a really cool thing on my regular Facebook page and the Elias page, and it felt really good to express about what I felt was going on there. I even talked about that I had just learned a new definition of love: love is knowing and appreciation, and we don’t get that piece, many of us, for many years. So I felt that was cool, I made that public, and I tied it in. But really, for me, I love Robin Williams, and then over the last two days, since I was tuning into Robin Williams, I got really depressed, like seriously no motivation, and it was unusual.

This morning I woke up and I said to myself, ”Self, this is not you. This is not me. Where am I? What’s going on?” And I went to my computer, and of course Twink and I discussed the whole thing. I’m going to read you what the master said to me. (Elias chuckles) So I was just writing a new guy on Match, and the cloud broke in here. I don’t think it was the guy. I was just suddenly aware that I wasn’t depressed anymore – more back to me and trusting. What the fuck happened? You let it go, but you took a while to identify it as mostly not being yours. I said, Robin Bobbin? And Twink said, yeah, big affectingness there but not the whole picture. You are assimilating past and making your responses now, and it is taking a moment for your body/brain psychology to catch up, but you did it. Isn’t that right?

LYNDA: I’m telling you, I am so free right now. I was so diligent to say to every little snaky fucker that came by, ”Well, you were just taught love wrong; no blame, no blame, not even to me.” But it was just words – but I did it. Then my brain and my Lynda caught up with me, right? You got anything to say about that?

ELIAS: Ha ha! Congratulations.

LYNDA: Thank you. This is very fascinating. (Elias laughs) I’m pretty proud of myself.

ELIAS: I would also express to you that this is not unusual, that this may occur again, and that it is occurring with many individuals. For, in this wave you are moving in much deeper layers of yourselves and of your awareness. Dismantling constructs is enormous. In doing that, you are expanding your awareness so greatly that it is not unusual for the body consciousness, and even beyond your body consciousness – your thought mechanism, your feelings – to assimilate that awareness and to be in sync with each other, for you are altering not only your own lifetime of experiences and associations and definitions.

And remember, I have been expressing for quite some time now that you were redefining words and therefore redefining your reality. Now you are becoming aware of what that means, and doing it. In that, it is not that you are only doing this in relation to your experiences, associations, and definitions within your individual lifetime. But in widening your awareness, remember your body consciousness stores memory, not only your own. It stores all memory.

LYNDA: Of all my focuses?

LYNDA: See, that’s why I only wanted 700 focuses in this goddamned dimension; 900 is a pain in the ass. (Elias chuckles) No seriously, you’re telling me that I’m affecting and influenced by...

ELIAS: Yes, for in that, what you are doing is you are expanding your awareness to a degree now in which you are redefining terms, which is affecting and changing memory, and all...

LYNDA: Beatrice’s memory and Amy’s memory and Albert’s memory? To be whatever we want it to be?

LYNDA: Oh! Changing the negative memory?

ELIAS: In a manner of speaking, for you are redefining the terms. That redefines the reality.

LYNDA: And the view of what happens in your life.

ELIAS: Precisely. It changes the perception. But in that, that is affecting of memory – but not only your own memory, all memory, for it is affecting of all experiences, for the perception is changed. Therefore, yes, it will be noticeable that there is what you may term to be a lag time in relation to your body consciousness, your feelings and your thought mechanism to assimilate new much greater awareness and to process that and to readjust all that memory.

LYNDA: So, all I have to do is nothing. I just have to like, even in the midst of the gorillas, keep doing what I am doing.

LYNDA: And stand.

ELIAS: Yes, and remind yourself of what you know. Regardless that your body consciousness does not know it yet, it is assimilating.

LYNDA: So I just passed through my own valley of the shadow, Slough of Despond, death, and I came out of it. I just would like a few days break before I go back into it! If anybody minds, thank you! (Elias laughs) Anyway, I’m just saying. I need a vacation.

ELIAS: From yourself.

LYNDA: From myself. All right, that’s really good news.

ELIAS: But as you have experienced yourself, once your body consciousness and your thoughts and feelings assimilate and are in harmony and are adjusted to that alteration, you feel what?

LYNDA: Present with myself and trusting and happy. I feel trust again.

ELIAS: And you feel good.

LYNDA: I feel good. I feel good, do-da, do-da, do-da, do! I do, and you know I didn’t, but now I do. Isn’t that something?

LYNDA: I know you don’t have to hold them but just for a minute. I just want to stay here.

ELIAS: (Laughs) But you express that you want a vacation from yourself or from the assimilation and the work, and in actually, you have it. For, this is a significant leap in awareness, and for any individual that is generating that process. In that, the aspects that were affecting of you previously without this wider awareness, without this expansion, will become less and less and less important if not not important at all.

LYNDA: Well, in all of this, there was no fear. You told me the fear would become unfamiliar. I just want to reiterate that. I don’t have that level.

LYNDA: I don’t, and that’s significant. That’s not a small thing.

ELIAS: No, it is not. Therefore, you begin to feel not only good, but the reason you feel good is that you are beginning to feel whole.

LYNDA: Wow. Who ever thought you’d ever say those words to me. Oh my god, I am so excited.

ELIAS: (Quietly) I knew.

LYNDA: Yeah, you did; so did Twink. Twink is always saying I told you so. Such boasters! (Elias laughs) Thank you. I love you. You’re so cool; I’m so cool; we’re all so cool. This is so great. Well, okay, I hear you. I’m just going to keep doing what I’m doing and not worry. Not worrying is nice.

LYNDA: About the money, about whatever, the man, the money, living it.

Let me ask you this. I have this beautiful apartment that’s unfolding, and I’ve been like in my skin not wanting to be there because I can’t stand being in the apartment. It’s not right, something’s wrong; it’s not my home. I think what’s been going on there has been this assimilating thing that I’ve been doing for quite a while. I think it’s okay to be home; it’s okay to expand my little apartment. It’s okay to stay where I am for a while.

ELIAS: Let me also offer you another piece in relation to that imagery perhaps that will aid you in perceiving your home somewhat differently. Look at your home as an objective physical reflection of you, of yourself, of your movement, of your body, of all that is you. In that, individuals pose the question to myself frequently recently as to what percentage they are shifted. Let me express to you, none of those individuals understand what they are asking or what that means. In relation to physical imagery, you could be viewing your home as your percentage.

LYNDA: No shit. My house is 90 percent done. (Laughs) Woo hoo! Really? So, getting the red couch was not a bad idea, even though I was so scared to get it. Wow, Elias, that’s pretty significant. You must be so proud of me.

ELIAS: Precisely.

LYNDA: Oh my god! I need to hear this again about a 100 more times. (Elias laughs) Really!

ELIAS: Acknowledge yourself.

LYNDA: One room left.

ELIAS: Precisely. One room remaining, not much.

LYNDA: Thank you. I acknowledge myself. Revel, revel, reveling. Thank you.

ELIAS: Congratulations.

LYNDA: You’re welcome. I mean thank you. I’m overwhelmed. I can’t believe this happened so fast. Whew! Thank you.

ELIAS: Which is what I expressed at the turn of this century, that you incorporated a century of the subjective movement of this shift, and that once the new century began and the objective aspect of this shift began occurring, that it would move very swiftly.

LYNDA: The first 15 years wasn’t too swift, but now it feels like it’s really moving. I know you’re right. Wow. Mary and I were talking about that film, Transcendence. Boy, that’s your fiction, science fiction, like they quoted you! You little devil! (Both laugh) That’s pretty mind-blowing.

ELIAS: I have expressed many times in what you view as recent years that when you began this new century you were doubling yourselves approximately each five years. Now you are doubling yourselves every year.

LYNDA: People-wise or expansion-wise?

ELIAS: Expansion-wise. You are doubling your knowledge, your awareness, your abilities, your technology, everything – everything every year, and soon it will be every six months. You are moving very rapidly at this point. Individuals at the beginning of this millennium, this century, expressed how would it be possible for us to insert this shift and all of the changes and alterations that would be necessary to accomplish this shift in this short amount of time. You have not even accomplished 15 years in this new century, and you have already generated ASTOUNDING expansion. In less than 15 years you have generated an incredible alteration of your reality already in how you have leapt forward in your technology. Your technology is a tremendous reflection of what you are doing awareness wise. And in that, your technology has increased and developed at an astounding rate.

LYNDA: Cool! Thank you.

ELIAS: You are very welcome.

LYNDA: Can I ask a couple of questions?

ELIAS: You may.

LYNDA: God, I have to shift gears from that bunch of words but... (Elias laughs) I’m not sure if it’s intrusive, and you’ll tell me if it is or not, and that’s fine with me. I think in our game we asked about Robin Williams’ stats years ago, but I don’t remember. The only thing that I want to ask about Robin Bobbin – I keep calling him Robin Bobbin because we probably have a life that we called him Robin Bobbin, some focus, right? He’s very close to me, this guy; he’s close to a lot of us. But anyway, I think we share quite a few focuses, and that...

LYNDA: ... I observe him lifetime?

LYNDA: Does he observe me, or do I...? I think if I observe him for my lifetime it’s a moot point whether he observes me at the same time. Is that right?

ELIAS: In a manner of speaking, yes.

LYNDA: But does he?

ELIAS: No, but it matters not.

LYNDA: No, it doesn’t, because I observe him for his lifetime, and so we’re sort of smooshed together.

ELIAS: Correct.

LYNDA: As opposed to Robert, who does observe me, and I observe him, and we’re really smooshed together. (Elias laughs) So here’s my question: could I have his stats and his essence name, or is that intrusive?

ELIAS: And what would your impression be as to his...

LYNDA: Sumari, Ilda, political, common.

ELIAS: Correct.

LYNDA: I don’t know what his essence name is.

ELIAS: (Pause) Essence name, Denda.

LYNDA: Well, he’s in that little blink right now. This seems so little to say this, but I’m sure you’ll say hi. I have too much information about what he’s about to go through, but he’ll get there, and it’ll be fine.

ELIAS: And it already is.

LYNDA: You know, he may have done a lot more spadework than he thinks he did in this side of the veil. I mean, who knows. Denda, Robin Bobbin.

I am suddenly back realizing that I have one more room to complete and then I’ll be shifted!

My sister, Joyce, has to leave her house, but I think I’m okay with it. She’s okay with it, and she’s going to find new digs, and it’s a new beginning for her. That’s my take on it. She’s nervous, but I think it’s shifty that she’s doing it, and I thought we could lend her energy. Susie’s going to Greece for a month or three weeks. Her friend gave her a ticket. The day she leaves the temple, she’s going on a trip to Greece. How’s that for a cool creation?

LYNDA: So, I shouldn’t worry about my sisters. I can worry a little; it’s okay. (Elias chuckles) Anyway, it seems like my family’s always okay no matter what I... Kittens are good. Everybody’s good.

ELIAS: Excellent.

LYNDA: I don’t know; I feel okay!

ELIAS: Excellent. I would express tremendous congratulations.

LYNDA: Thank you.

ELIAS: Are you aware that in this conversation you have not expressed one subject of distress or regret or negative?

LYNDA: No, but you’re right. It’s unfamiliar isn’t it? (Laughs) Yeah, it’s great. Thank you.

ELIAS: I would express that this is our first conversation in which you have not included any of that. Congratulations.

LYNDA: Thank you.

ELIAS: And yes, do revel in that feeling and in that awareness. You deserve it. Now perhaps you may be adding to your new definition of “deserving.”

LYNDA: Mary’s picking up that there’s more of something going on with the love thing.

ELIAS: I would agree, and by extension that would be included, for it is a piece of the love...

LYNDA: Deserving?

LYNDA: There’s something going on we decided, if Mary’s getting this vibe. You’re going to save it for the group session?

ELIAS: Not necessarily.

LYNDA: There’s a piece she’s feeling, another piece of this puzzle.

ELIAS: You are correct. It is the yes and no.

LYNDA: Oh god, I hate it when you’re cryptic. What does that mean?

ELIAS: I’m not being cryptic. I am being literal. It is the yes and no.

LYNDA: Yes or no, or yes and no?

ELIAS: Yes and no.

LYNDA: I’ll convey that to Mary, and we can both go ee, ee, ee! A little weird.

ELIAS: Michael may understand to an extent, or at the very least understand the piece, not the implications. It is the yes and no, that is the piece.

LYNDA: You can tell I’m like (humming the Twilight Zone theme). I’ll see if Michael…

ELIAS: Very well.

LYNDA: I’m going to see you next month with more good news.

ELIAS: Excellent!

LYNDA: I love you.

ELIAS: And more of your accomplishments.

LYNDA: Yes, sir.

ELIAS: Wondrous. I express tremendous lovingness to you, my dear friend, as always, and great encouragement. And view your home differently.

LYNDA: Thank you. Right now I’m going to start.

ELIAS: Until our next meeting, au revoir.

LYNDA: Au revoir. I love you.

(Elias departs after 30 minutes.)
