ELIAS:  Good afternoon! (Smiling)

BOTH:  Good afternoon, Elias! (Elias chuckles)

HAL:  This is Hal and Geri, and I must say, we are honored to be in your presence.

ELIAS:  Ah!  And shall you not also honor yourselves being in YOUR presence?  Ha ha ha ha!

BOTH:  Thank you! (Elias chuckles)

HAL:  We are going to be having a visitation with our respective families in a short period of time in the future, and to help us understand their perceptions, how they see their reality, we would like for each of them the orientation, family, and family alignment, in that order, please.  Is that alright?

ELIAS:  Very well.  Identify.

HAL:  Julie. (Pause)

ELIAS:  Orientation, soft; family, Sumafi; alignment, Sumari.

HAL:  David, my son.

ELIAS:  Orientation, common; family, Ilda; alignment, Zuli.

HAL:  And his wife, Michelle.

ELIAS:  Orientation, common; family, Sumari; alignment, Borledim.

HAL:  And my son, Steven. (Pause)

ELIAS:  Orientation, intermediate; family, Vold; alignment, Gramada.

HAL:  My deceased mother. (Pause)

HAL:  My deceased father. (Pause)

HAL:  Geri’s daughter, Diane. (Pause)

HAL:  And her husband, Steve. (Pause)

HAL:  Elaine. (Pause)

HAL:  Thank you.

ELIAS:  You are quite welcome.

HAL:  Could you please tell us how many focuses total Geri has in this dimension, and of that, how many in this time framework? (Pause)

ELIAS:  Total numbering, 686.  Within this time framework, totaling five.

HAL:  Including herself?

ELIAS:  Correct.

HAL:  And how many future focuses would this encompass? (Pause)

ELIAS:  42.

HAL:  How many future focuses would I have? (Pause)

ELIAS:  104.

HAL:  Hmm.  Thank you.

We are visiting California.  Can you tell us, at this time, how probable is the probability of our relocating and moving back to California?

ELIAS:  What is your impression?

HAL:  I’ll have to wait till we get there.  I won’t know until we get there....

ELIAS:  Incorrect.

HAL:  I’m sorry?

ELIAS:  Incorrect.  What is your impression within this present now?

HAL:  That we will remain where we are.

GERI:  And I want to move back, because our family is there.

ELIAS:  This is an opportunity for you each to practice in familiarizing yourselves with you and your language to you, your communication to yourselves, which you provide to yourselves through that which you express or identify as intuition, that which I express to you is an impression.

Now; it is quite common that individuals within physical focus express a response in very like manner to what you have offered in this now to myself, in response to my questioning to you.  You express a projection of your thoughts futurely and your attention futurely.

(To Hal)  You express hesitation in your identification of any definition of your movement.

(To Geri)  You express your want.

Both are expressions of your projection futurely.  But within those expressions, you are also expressing an underlying recognition of what you are creating through your knowing of your impression, your communication to yourselves.

Now; let me express to you each my identification of the underlying communication that you have each expressed in the very communication outwardly that you have offered to myself.

(To Geri)  You express a want; a future projection, and the want that you be moving.  You also express that with a force of energy in that want.  The reason you are expressing the force of energy in that want is that you are communicating to yourself the doubtfulness of the creation of that.

(To Hal)  You express, you do not know; it remains to be seen; you shall recognize what you shall choose as you create the visit.  Therefore, objectively you are being indecisive, but you are already projecting an energy that is communicating your lack of desire to be creating that probability.

Your wants may be expressed objectively differently, but your identification underlyingly of your intuitional communications that you are each expressing to yourselves is very similar.  The want becomes confused with the actual communication.  The want is louder.

You are expressing differences within wants.  You are expressing similarity within knowing.

The opportunity is presented to you, by you, by allowing yourselves to pay attention to the now, recognizing that genuinely, the idea of future is an illusion.

In actuality, there is no future.  There is no next moment.  There is no next week.  There is no next month.  There is no next year.  It is all occurring now, and in that now, you create different choices.

The choices are already being created — in what you view in your construct of linear time — moment by moment, but they are not being created in the next moment.  They are being created in the present moment continuously.

Now; this offers you a tremendous expression of freedom, for you continuously hold the opportunity and the ability to alter every probability and every choice from moment to moment.  You are not locked to any choice, regardless of how it appears in solidity to you objectively.  Any choice may be altered in any moment.  This is your freedom.  This is the expression of your free will.

Now; the key to allowing yourself the objective ability to be directing your choices in a manner that you are recognizing of ... for I shall express to you, in actuality, you are already creating all of your reality objectively.  You are merely not paying attention to what you are creating.  Therefore, some elements of your reality seem to you as though they are being created without your knowledge or without your awareness.

This is the area and expression of the focus of attention, your attention.  Your attention is not focused within the now, and therefore, you are not paying attention to what you are actually creating.  Your attention is focused within other time frameworks — or the illusion of other time frameworks — and you are distracting yourself.

And as I have expressed, the key is to be holding your attention within the now, and becoming familiar with your communication to yourself and with your motivations.  We may speak of belief systems often and repeatedly, but a key element to your belief systems — and how they move and how you allow them to influence your perception — is your motivation.

Your belief systems influence your perception and move you in many different directions, but you are motivated through those belief systems — through the beliefs that you align with more strongly than others — to be creating a force of energy in relation to those particular belief systems, and this creates your perception.  Your perception is that which creates all of your reality in every moment, in every aspect.

Therefore, the question is, how shall you create probabilities that are in alignment with your wants objectively?  How shall you create a reality in which you recognize your ability to be intentionally manipulating energy to create those wants?  How shall you press the magic button within your reality that offers you the elusive but much sought after clarity?

The manner in which you offer to yourself that clarity, and you offer yourself more of a recognition of your choices, is to become familiar with you.  And you become familiar with you by listening to your impressions, listening to your voice; not allowing the distracted attention of your wants to be overriding and drowning out the voice within you.  For many times, you perceive that the voice within you is suspicious, for it may be offering you information that you wish not to hear.  It is in conflict with your want.

(To Geri)  You may express to yourself, “My want is to be creating a physical move to another physical location.  I wish not to be listening to this inner voice which expresses a doubt.”  The doubt is expressed through suspicion; your perception of suspicion of the voice.  The voice itself is not expressing doubt.  You are perceiving that it is expressing doubt, and therefore you express, “No, this is in conflict with my want.  I shall not pay attention to you.”

(To Hal)  You are creating a similar action with different imagery.  You express to yourself a suspicion of this inner voice, for it may not be in conflict with your want, but in another area, it IS in conflict with your want.  For your want — other than a physical movement versus a nonphysical movement — is to not be in conflict with your partner.

Your want is to be pleasing.  Your want is to be accepting of your partner and to be accepted by your partner, and this is a stronger want than the movement versus the non-movement.  Your inner voice expresses a communication to you, and you create a suspicion also in very similar manner, for the doubt being expressed is, if you move, you shall not be happy.  If you do not move, your partner shall not be happy.  Either way, you shall be in conflict.

Now; allow yourselves to view the process that occurs as influenced by your beliefs.  The beliefs — in harmony with each other, many aspects of them — are moving and expressing automatic communications to you, which you are automatically responding to.

One of the strongest communications which is being offered — quite strongly coupled with duplicity — is the expression of questioning your abilities and your worth, and seeking out the validation and expression outwardly to be offering the payoff, to be quelling the fear in association with that questioning of abilities and worth.

But in viewing merely the surface expressions and not focusing your attention upon self within the now, you merely view the objective want in the projection of the future — of move versus not move, and what this shall objectively provide to you each or not provide to you each.  But you are not identifying all of the movements that are occurring in those simple expressions. (Pause)

HAL:  We moved back here for specific reasons which remain valid.  There are advantages to returning, but there are disadvantages as well.

ELIAS:  This is not the point.  What is a disadvantage?  What is an advantage?  These are identifications of good and bad.

HAL:  That’s true.

ELIAS:  What you are creating is experiences and choices.  Experiences and choices are not good and bad.  They merely are.  They are explorations of your reality in physical focus, in physical dimension.

In this, all of your choices are purposeful.  All of your choices are beneficial.  Therefore, it matters not what you choose.  What holds significance are the influences of why you shall choose what you choose.

HAL:  The motivation.

ELIAS:  Correct.  Either choice matters not.  You shall offer yourselves, both, benefit in either choice.  You shall create purposefulness in either choice.  You shall continue to move in either choice.

In this, look to yourselves.  Allow yourselves in genuineness to identify within you your own preferences; not in relation to any other individual, but your own preferences, which are expressions of you.  This allows you another avenue to become familiar with you and your own movement, not what in your terms “makes you happy” from outside of you.

Both of you are looking to this situation and projecting your attention outside of you in different manners.  Both of you are offering to yourselves expressions very similar: “What shall create happiness within me from outside of me?  What shall I gain?”  This is not the point.  What do YOU choose in preference from within you, not as what may be offered to you from outside of you.

(To Geri)  Family shall not complete you.  I am not expressing that this is wrong or bad.

GERI:  It feels good, though.

ELIAS:  Quite.  But in itself, it is not an expression of knowing you.  It is offering an expression of validation to you in a false sense, for it offers to you an expression of validation that creates what you identify as a “good feeling” from outside of you.  But this is not consistent.  And with that, you create expectations.

Familiarity in what you have already created in expectations does not provide you with a knowing of you.  Your environment does not complete you.  YOU create IT.

Therefore, you also are viewing and looking to outside of you to be validating of self, and therefore your payoff is this false sense of completion within yourselves.  But it is gained from outside of you, and this is quite changeable and therefore requires expectations, and as you place expectations, you also create a tremendous potential for disappointment, and this creates conflict.

Therefore, as you look to yourselves, you may allow yourselves to be interactive with each other, and discover genuinely what you choose, together and individually, in a genuineness of expression in knowing you, which shall eliminate many of the outside expectations.

HAL:  That knowing yourself sounds very easy.

ELIAS:  (Chuckling)  And I shall express to you that there is much challenge in the accomplishment!

GERI:  Yes!

HAL:  It’s simple, but not easy.

ELIAS:  Quite.

HAL:  How is Geri doing on no longer creating her so-called terminal illness?

ELIAS:  (To Geri)  And once again, I shall present to you the inquiry, what is your impression?

GERI:  I feel pretty good, and my doctors seem very happy.

ELIAS:  And your interaction and your projection of energy to me this day is quite altered from our last meeting.  Therefore, I shall be acknowledging of you that you are accomplishing your desire.

Now; allow yourself to view that as an example in other movements.  There is a difference between desire and want.

You may want many, many things and expressions objectively, but your desire follows your intent.  Your desire moves in harmony with your intent, and you direct your attention and your movement in relation to your desire.

In this, many individuals question why they shall create an expression such as you have created previously: “Why shall I choose to be creating of this type of expression?  I view this quite negatively.”

Every choice is beneficial.  Every choice is purposeful.  And in relation to your desire, if you are allowing yourself to know you and objectively recognize the direction that you choose — the motivation and how you choose to direct your focus — you may also allow yourself an objective recognition of why you create certain expressions that appear to you to be negative or undesirable.

What have you offered to yourself in this experience?  A tremendous validation from within.  You also offer yourself confirmation of that validation through some outside expressions, but the influencing expression is your own validation within yourself that you KNOW.

You are allowing yourself to view your own ability, what YOU may accomplish, and you need not objectively have a method.  You need not know the formula, so to speak.  You need not be creating a thought process for concentration, but simply trusting yourself and knowing your ability.

This is a tremendous validation, which also offers you a tremendous expression of trust, which offers you a freedom — that you are not subject to.  You are not subject to dis-ease.  You are not subject to other individuals.  You are not subject to your own creations, for you may alter them.  You may choose differently, or you may continue within your choice, and it matters not.  You are not subject to it, even in continuation of it.

This presents you with a tremendous expression of freedom.  The mere knowing that within any creation within your focus, that you are not a victim — that you hold the ability to be creating choice, to be continuing or not continuing, but it is your choice — is tremendously powerful. (Smiling at Geri)  I am greatly acknowledging of you!

GERI:  Thank you, thank you, thank you!

ELIAS:  You are very welcome! (Chuckling)

HAL:  You’ve given me great hope.  It’s magnificent!  Such wonderful knowing, such wonderful intelligence.  It’s incredible.  I’m grateful to you, Elias.

ELIAS:  And I shall express to you, my friend, be tremendously grateful to yourself, for you are a wondrous being with tremendous abilities, tremendous power!  The expression of choice is an unlimited expression of power.  It is an expression of greatness, and this is what you ARE.

HAL:  I feel that my intent, most simply, is ... I was going to ask you, what is my intent?  But I might ask you for verification.  I feel that my intent, most simply, is to jump in with both feet, stick with it, and experience as much of this shift in consciousness, the remembrance, the state of being/becoming for myself, which means extending my lifetime....

ELIAS:  And creating a vast exploration of those experiences, and discovering your abilities!

HAL:  Whether they be parlor tricks ... from parlor tricks to a simple knowing that I cannot explain to anyone.  But that’s okay, because I don’t have to teach and I don’t have to fix.  Nothing is broken.

ELIAS:  You are correct.

HAL:  I feel I’m on the verge, in our terms, of a major breakthrough, from the standpoint of knowing, understanding intuitively.  How close ... how far are my neurological pathways expanding?  Is my intuition in this area reasonably right on?

ELIAS:  Your intuition is correct.

HAL:  I might ask for Geri, could you expound on her intent in this now?

ELIAS:  (To Geri)  And what is your impression of your intent within this focus? (Pause)  The consistent element that underscores all of your focus, the theme of your focus in its entirety — what shall you express as the sum of that?

GERI:  I’m not sure of the question.  I’m not sure of an intent.  We’ve talked about that, but I’m not real clear...

HAL:  ...on the definition of terms.

GERI:  ...on the definition of intent.

ELIAS:  An intent is a direction, so to speak, a direction that you choose in each focus that shall be a type of theme of that particular focus in your exploration, in your creation of all of your discovery in that particular focus within this physical dimension.

It is not necessarily a purpose or a mission.  It is merely the directional theme, so to speak, that exhibits itself throughout the entirety of your focus, although it may not appear quite overtly at times, and within other time frameworks it may be quite obvious.  But it is the consistent expression throughout your focus in direction.  That is the movement of your intent.

Allow yourself to be exploring this, and listening to your impression concerning your intent.  Allow yourself to be viewing the entirety of your focus; not merely what you identify as this now, but look to all of your experiences that you have created throughout what you view as your past, throughout the entirety of your focus.

This is another exercise you may engage to be focusing your attention upon you and familiarizing yourself with you.

HAL:  Okay, we have just about...

GERI:  ...three minutes.

HAL:  We’re close to the time.  I had a dream recently where an attractive young lady was very playfully, very lovingly laying with me in my bed.  I was sound asleep.  Then she got up and walked away from the bed, the bed jiggled, and I sat up in bed, wide awake, and watched this hourglass form literally take three steps — in the dim light — out my bedroom and evaporate into thin air.  I’m only asking for verification.  This was a projection from one of my future focuses.

ELIAS:  You are correct.

HAL:  Can you give me a time frame or any information on this focus, including how I can initiate further contact?  It was very loving, very playful.

ELIAS:  You may allow yourself merely to relax, and not to be creating an intensity of energy that you surround yourself with in anticipation.

HAL:  Create an allowance.

ELIAS:  Yes.  Relax, and this shall create a free flow of energy, which shall allow for an interaction.

HAL:  And she will disclose the time frame and her name, et cetera.

ELIAS:  Yes.

HAL:  Fine.

In closing, for myself, I can use all the support I can get.  Would you suggest some means of your acknowledgment to me from time to time, something that I could recognize, like a tingling in my hands or something ... ah, Elias is here!

ELIAS:  I shall offer an expression of energy to you, my friend, and you may be anticipating a recognition of it within your next week, and in this, we shall identify an exchange together that you shall recognize, and you shall be aware that I am present and exchanging energy with you.

HAL:  And I will be most grateful.  Your energy is most loving.

ELIAS:  I offer it to you quite freely.

HAL:  Thank you.

GERI:  How about some energy for me too?

ELIAS:  Quite! (Grinning, and Geri laughs)

HAL:  (Laughing) I didn’t ask for you!  You have to ask for yourself!

ELIAS:  (To Geri)  And I may be engaging some action of playfulness with you, if you are so disposed!  Ha ha ha ha ha ha!

HAL:  I like playful!

ELIAS:  Ah, I shall be playful with the lady in a different manner! (Chuckling, and Hal and Geri laugh)

HAL:  Our time is at an end.

ELIAS:  Very well.  We shall engage in future conversation shortly, shall we not? (In reference to the group session that evening)

BOTH:  Yes!

ELIAS:  I express to you both great affection, and I shall be continuing to offer encouraging energy to you both.

BOTH:  Thank you!

ELIAS:  You are very welcome.  To you each this day, au revoir.
