Session #20150315 (First Test Webinar)
“Law, Legal Systems and the Shift”

Sunday, March 15, 2015 (Group/Webinar)

Participants: Mary (Michael), Barbara (Lemure), Beth, Celeste (Raf-Yel), Charmaine (Lilu), Christine (Lurine), Ethan, Fatma, Golden, Hernan (Hernan), Jean-François (Samta), Jerrie, John P., John (Rrussell), Katrin (Duncan), Kevin, Kimi, Laurie, Lynda (Ruther), Mysty (Michella), Nardine, Nicole (Bethel), Sofia, and Wendy (Myiisha)

MODERATOR: Hi again. So, I was just explaining our idea of doing some group sessions online through this platform that we’re using now, and people will be able to hear and see you. The idea that we have is that we would start with a chosen topic, and we would invite you to give a lecture or just talk about this chosen topic. And after that we would move to a question-and-answer period. How does that sound?

ELIAS: Very well.

MODERATOR: Okay. All right.

ELIAS: You begin. Correct?

MODERATOR: We will start with a topic. We will tell you which topic we have chosen to discuss today—or I mean on the day of the webinar in the future, on the group session online—and you would talk about that topic, and after that we would proceed with a question-and-answer session about that chosen topic, that same topic.

ELIAS: Very well.

MODERATOR: Okay. For today, because this is just a test, we want to test the technicalities involved and bringing you along up to speed on this. We don’t have a chosen topic. We just want to take one question from somebody who is logged in right now and attending this webinar,. and we just want one general topic question, and maybe you can answer for about ten-fifteen minutes, and then we will stop this test with you.

ELIAS: Very well.

MODERATOR: Okay. So, for the people who are listening to us right now, what I will do now is I will make visible in the bottom left corner of your screen a little chat window, and type in your question now if you have a general interest question. Please choose a question that can be answered within ten to fifteen minutes, and we will pick randomly one question. Once we have selected the question we will un-mute you and you will be able to ask the question directly to Elias. So, Elias, you will hear the person asking the question—

ELIAS: Very well.

MODERATOR: — once it has been selected.

So, we’re just waiting for a question to come in. People should see in the bottom left corner of your screen the chat box, and just type in your question. (Pause) And we need – some questions are starting to come in, but we need a specific question. We can’t have just a general theme. We need something specific for now, today. So, we’re starting to get some texts, but we don’t have a specific question yet, just for the purpose of this test today. (Pause)

Okay, we’ve got a question, and we’re going to go with Ethan. So, Ethan, just hold on. For the others, you can now stop writing, because for the purpose of this test we’ll only be taking one question. Just hold on one minute. We are going to go…

[Webinar system announcement about how attendees can un-mute themselves.]

So, people will have heard this announcement that you can now un-mute yourself, but please don’t do so. The moderator will be un-muting the person. So, we’re just looking for Ethan.

All right, Ethan, you should be now able to speak. Are you there, Ethan?

ETHAN: I’m here. Hello.

MODERATOR: Hi!

ETHAN: Hi!

MODERATOR: So, you typed in your question, and now please ask your question to Elias.

ETHAN: Hi Elias! I’ve got a question. Can you please comment on the usefulness of law and legal systems into the near future? And in particular, can you comment on human rights and the values expressed by human rights, such as dignity, and how they all interplay with the action of the shift? Thank you.

ELIAS: Therefore, the question is relating to the play of law in relation to shifting and the near future and how that will interplay with individual rights, as to the individual and the individual’s dignity. Is that correct?

ETHAN: That is correct.

ELIAS: Very well.

ETHAN: And also, possibly a comment in relation to the collective.

ELIAS: Very well. The role of law: The role of law presently is moving in more of an extreme direction, just as you have noticed recently many expressions moving in extremes. And in that, as I have expressed previously, it is a matter of the pendulum swinging from one direction to another, and eventually it will move into a balance.

Now; law, as it is being expressed presently in the extreme, is moving more in an expression of what you may term to be (inaudible) power. This is an expression that is borne out of fear and defensiveness. The role of the position of law officers and the position of government officials is being threatened by the power of the individual. How that affects the collective is that the collective becomes more empowered through the expression of each individual and their awareness of themself and their awareness of their individual importance. That threatens the authority of what you would term to be the legal or law system, in different countries and throughout the world.

Now; in relation to that, as it stands presently, it is creating a significant threat to influence, and in a manner of speaking elicits a considerable defensive expression from these individuals and the collective in the position of legal enforcement and legal expressions. This is not only a matter of military or police forces, but also in relation to your legal system with lawyers and with judges. The entire system is being threatened by the expansion of the individual.

Now; how that would be progressing is already progressing presently, but how this moves in the direction to the near future would be likely more of an extreme of the reactiveness in defense in relation to the present legal system. Therefore, it is likely that you will observe greater force, greater implementation of force, more stringency in laws, less leniency in relation to existing laws, more incorporation of new laws that will be more restrictive, for a time framework. That would be in the more immediate future.

Now; in keeping with much of your human history, this is a natural progression and will ultimately move you in the direction of revolution. Not revolution in the capacity of war, but a revolution of thought and the implementation of action, the act of challenging the legal system in its entirety throughout your world and how it is expressed and what it accomplishes or it does not accomplish.

In this, it is also moving in the direction of an examination of efficiency and effectiveness in relation to the general population, which would be the general collective of individuals that are supposedly subject to the law. In this, in re-evaluating the system itself and the implementation of that system and generating a considerable rebellion in opposition to that system will allow for the emergence, or in other terms the birth of an entirely new system, a different system that will not be based on force but cooperation.

In this, I am aware that that seems impossible, or that it seems almost ridiculous, that it would be difficult to imagine how you could possibly emerge into a system of cooperation and maintain order, but that is the direction that you are moving in. This moves also very much in conjunction with your movement of dismantling your system of commerce and exchange. They move hand in hand with each other.

In this, what I would express to you in the immediate, short and long term to be watchful of is to be aware of what energy each of you are expressing and projecting, and therefore which action you are aligning with. Meaning, if you are generating conflict and lack of acceptance and an expression of authority in your home in relation to your family and your friends and individuals that you interact with, co-workers—it matters not what the expression is—if you are engaging continuation of projections of energy in relation to dictating rules and dictating actions and setting forth that expression of authority in any capacity within your own immediate interactions, you are lending energy to the perpetuation of the current present system in relation to law and law enforcement. In that, what that means is the struggle, or the conflict in defense, will linger longer.

Whereas if you are aware of what you are expressing and what you are engaging, and you are not aligning with that energy individually, you contribute an energy collectively to moving this transitional period in a faster manner to be accomplished.

In this, what you can, in a manner of speaking, expect to observe in the immediate future: more and more violent actions, more and more dictates, less of individual personal freedoms, more extremes in the enforcement of law, less acknowledgement of individual and personal civil rights and freedoms.

Eventually, as this moves to a peak, and the masses, or the collective of individuals that are supposedly subject to the law, uprise and are expressing their individuality more strongly collectively, not only individually, and the significance of the individual ultimately, this will begin to dissipate the expression of the legal system. And in that, in an effort to express what you would term to be workable or a successful method of maintaining order, there will eventually become a cooperative expression, in which individuals will design a new system.

That will likely, in relation to how you are progressing now, occur within a time framework of twenty to twenty-five of your years in this present time framework. Within the present and near future, in relation to approximately five of your years, perhaps less, dependent upon the responses of the collective – it may be as short of a time framework as three years – but the likelihood would be closer to five. In that, I would express that it would likely be that you can expect a considerable escalation in opposition and more expression of force in relation to the legal system—in every aspect of it, not merely enforcement—and that will be an expression of what you will perceive as less and less acknowledgement of the individual’s rights or freedoms. In relation to dignity, you are already displaying the opposition to that, and the disdain of the law enforcement community for individual dignity, which is an acknowledgement of your individual importance.

MODERATOR: Elias?

ELIAS: But that will not be tolerated for a considerable time framework. Yes?

MODERATOR: I'm sorry to cut you off like that. We’re just working on a particular time schedule right now.

ELIAS: Very well.

MODERATOR: Thank you very much for sharing this with us.

ELIAS: You are very welcome.

MODERATOR: And just before we let you go, do you have any suggestion or something that we can pay attention to, in terms of maintaining the quality of the broadcast when we do it like this?

ELIAS: What I would suggest is that the individual participants are expressing to the greatest of their ability a calm and focused energy. For contrary to what you may think, your energy also interferes with electrical equipment, not merely my own. (Chuckles)

MODERATOR: So, it’s a collective energy right now all influencing the quality of the broadcast, basically?

ELIAS: Yes.

MODERATOR: Yeah. Okay. Well, thank you very much. And we’ll be in touch for maybe future tests or starting this online group session series.

ELIAS: Very well. I shall be anticipating our future interaction. To you all, in tremendous lovingness, au revoir.

MODERATOR: Au revoir.

(Elias departs after 21 minutes.)
